“I've eaten at the bar before but this time at a table. Our server JD was great and his recommendations were spot on. I got the bread service to start. I had no idea what to expect and it was so good. Pieces of sourdough bread covered in French Onion broth and caramelized onions, it was so good. My husband got the shrimp cocktail. It had 5 or 6 big shrimp! I got the scallops which were great. My husband got the gnocchi. He ate his so quickly I didn't even get to try it. I got the crepes Brule, Such a yummy take on the classic Creme Brule. All the staff were great, the atmosphere was vibrant!“

We were a large group that tried many appetizers and entrees and not a single dish disappointed - every bite was amazing. I have been going there since 1984 and sorry to say, 90% of the time I get the same thing! And still always delish. The service is great, servers are great, I have bought many people there and no one has ever complained, always loved the food! “I had great experience with food which I ordered. It was chicken tikka masala and garlic naan with beer and the papadam was also greatly made. I had one of the best restaurant experience and the waiter Abhiraj also hosted us to the top level even though it was a rush hour and heeded to our needs even when he was busy.

We ordered the paneer timepass, dabeli, butter locho, pav bhaji, and cold coffee. The food was amazing—great portion sizes and a traditional taste in every item. The prices were very reasonable, too. We hosted a brunch for 150 people for our son and daughter in law following their wedding this past weekend. We rented out the entire restaurant for the brunch, and had recommended guests consider the restaurant for meals during their stay.

The brunch food was in the words of many of our guests the best after wedding brunch they had ever had. I agree. And each guest was permitted a breakfast cocktail with the extraordinary menu.On top of that the, the service was outstanding ( I worked in food service for 10 years in HS, college and grad school), and the can do attitude of the staff was so appreciated.The atmosphere was beautiful, I am a big fan of architectural detail.

All who told me that they had taken our suggestion to eat meals there raved.

We will go out of our way when in NJ to go here again .“

“I’ve only been here on game days (NFL). The atmosphere is always kinda electric; depends on who you support. They have week brunch till 4, you can order a lot great cocktails - I recommend the Irish coffee. It can get a bit rowdy, but that’s what sports is all about. I really love the exposed brick architecture and the selection of beers as well.“
