My wife had foie gra mousse and I had the beet salad both were great, entree black bass and duck breast both cooked to perfection the dessert was wonders. Great attentive service. Had the pleasure of meeting the chef, Sadie and the gen. Manager Melanie, they could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend, parking might be hard to find. I will return and soon, they are going to offer the foo gra in puff pastry, I go just for that. I found it reasonably priced. My wife enjoyed her 70th birthday meal as much as I did.“

“I've been looking forward to trying this restaurants menu items. yesterday was only the 1st, for sure. I had a shrimp po boy, perfect, packed with shrimp, just the right sauces, really good. I took home a container of their vegan lentil soup which is better than my lentil soup. that's not a small thing. beautifully balanced flavor, really delicious. “Edwin was amazing the second we walked in. He was helpful and I will always be impressed by anyone who can memorize food orders. The nachos are amazing and the steak was perfect on top. Next time I’m asking for more guac cause that stuff was amazing. I had the pork special and it was out of this world. UPDATE: It’s been about five years since my original review, and Mordi’s has definitely earned our business back. The food is still fantastic, and ordering through the app has made the busy lunch rush much easier. It’s once again a go-to for our office lunches. 🥪🔥

The Chicken Parm, Buffalo Chicken, and Crazy Cuban are some of our favorites. There can still be a wait because this place gets BUSY, but our recent experiences have been much better. Glad to have Mordi’s back in the lunch rotation!

I was torn over writing this review. I have eaten a Mordi’s a number of times since it is extremely close to my office. They are a busy place the food is always good. However they need to take a moment and work on their customer service. We recently placed a big order for our Friday lunch, when we returned to the office we realized one sandwich was missing. We immediately called the shop as we got into the car. As soon as they picked they placed us on hold for five minutes without even given us a chance to tell them why we were calling. When they returned to the phone they said they are not taking any phone orders because they were busy and hung up the phone on us again without even hearing their customer our.

When my partner entered the shop and asked who hung up on us the woman behind the counter half heartily apologized. I’m sorry with so many great lunch options in this area Mordi’s will have to treat their customers with more dignity and respect before my office gives them any of our business.“

The spaghetti with shrimp was the only miss, and the chicken Parmesan could’ve been crisper.
