“I came to Ruth’s Chris Steak House on April 18 for a 6 PM reserved dinner party. Overall, the experience was pretty smooth—service felt quick and getting seated was easy, which I appreciated for a group setting.

That said, the attentiveness could’ve been a bit better. Our waiter, Elizabeth (though the name tag said Kathleen), and the manager didn’t really check in on us throughout the meal as much as you’d expect at a place like this. It wasn’t terrible service, just not as engaging or attentive as it could’ve been.

Food-wise, my Lobster Mac & Cheese tasted really good at first. However, toward the end of the dish—literally the third-to-last bite—I found a large piece of lobster shell hidden in the food that I could’ve choked on. That was honestly concerning and took away from the experience.

One thing that also stood out was the condition of the space—there was a noticeable crack in the ceiling, and the dining area felt a bit too open, which took away from the upscale, intimate vibe you usually expect from Ruth’s Chris.

“Park Ave is consistently great with their food. Everything I’ve gotten from sandwiches to pizza slices to full meals has been great. The variety on the menu makes it easy to try different things without worrying about quality, because the food always comes out good. I’m happy to have a place like this nearby and it’s become one of my go-to spots.“

“Food was good. Waitress misunderstood my order but fixed it. There was a woman arguing with the gentleman and waitress behind the bar as we tried to leave. It was in a different language but it was heated. When she left they apologized to us about the argument. But other than that it’s a nice simple place.“

The sushi is consistently fresh and reasonably priced, making it a great alternative when I don’t feel like splurging on a steakhouse. Beautiful waterfront views without the crowds. Definitely worth visiting.“
