“Took my visiting sister there on a Tuesday evening. She was taken aback by the level of service that made us feel like VIPs! After getting a great window seat, my Sis jokingly said, "How romantic, too bad I'm here with my brother". Our gorgeous server Michelle was spectacular. She made multiple trips to the bar to find 'just the right wine' for my sister's particular taste and made two special requests to the kitchen on our behalf. Michelle's calming presence and 'in the moment' attitude made us feel very special. Being an intellectual herself, Michelle engaged with us most excellently in conversation. I've had a few nice meals before at the Chart House, but this by far was the best experience ever thanks to Michelle.“

“I came to Ruth’s Chris Steak House on April 18 for a 6 PM reserved dinner party. Overall, the experience was pretty smooth—service felt quick and getting seated was easy, which I appreciated for a group setting.
That said, the attentiveness could’ve been a bit better. Our waiter, Elizabeth (though the name tag said Kathleen), and the manager didn’t really check in on us throughout the meal as much as you’d expect at a place like this. It wasn’t terrible service, just not as engaging or attentive as it could’ve been.
Food-wise, my Lobster Mac & Cheese tasted really good at first. However, toward the end of the dish—literally the third-to-last bite—I found a large piece of lobster shell hidden in the food that I could’ve choked on. That was honestly concerning and took away from the experience.
One thing that also stood out was the condition of the space—there was a noticeable crack in the ceiling, and the dining area felt a bit too open, which took away from the upscale, intimate vibe you usually expect from Ruth’s Chris.
Overall, not a bad experience, but a few details kept it from feeling like a top-tier steakhouse visit.“

“Highwood Restaurant in Weehawken offered us a delightful dining experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it perfect for our gatherings... our server Angel Abreu was SUPER amazing….kind, friendly, and welcoming…he made our dining experience super enjoyable and with a definite commitment to return .“

“Waoo, the place is so nice. Can’t wait for the summer so I can enjoy a giant cheese slice seating in the terrace of the pizzeria. I ordered a Penne in Vodka sauce and it was delicious. So fresh and flavorful. Great service and fair prices. I’m definitely going back. Loved it! Highly recommend it.“
