“I I visited Olive Garden for the first time it was on the list and did go last week for dinner. The portion quantities are good to fill up the stomach and I’m too full by the end of my meal and couldn’t finish it. I think the price that we are putting the quantities will be justified. I like the wine as an old wooden barn with cool theme. Overall it was a good experience and might return also. Would recommend to someone who is looking for a barn style or country style environment for your dinner, then this is something you can consider.“

“I can’t rave enough about my experience at Ras. I had great service and probably the best meal during my visit to NYC. I came for lunch on a weekday and the whole menu, including brunch, was available. Since they are 100% vegan, it also meant that I could order anything and everything. Can there be too many choices? Everything looked great, but my waiter convinced me to get the chef’s special kitfo. There was also a nice selection of NA mixed drinks, and I ordered the Crown Heights queen—watermelon, ginger beer, mint and lime. I loved every sip and every bite of my meal. The chef’s special was packed with flavor and different textures. Each bite felt unique from the last. Kitfo is typically a ground beef, and their version is made from soy. That alone had such incredible flavor like it had been nicely browned to build out the complexity of the dish. The drink was equally good. I could have started on a second meal immediately after finishing my lunch. Not because I was hungry, simply because the food blew my mind. Updated from previous review on 2026-04-17“

The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! As expected service was super attentive and very friendly and kind.

I ordered the honey pepperoni pizza. I ate the whole thing minus a few crusts. The sauce was delicious.

“I went there with my boyfriend and his father during a trip in NYC and we weren’t disappointed. My boyfriend had the kofta kobab which had a very meaty texture. His father had the wild mushroom kobab and I took the braised "beef". Everything was delicious, including the dessert (ekmek kataifi) which wasn’t too sweet, just perfect 😊“

You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! It seems that nearly everything is prepared to order, and as a result if coming here you should be prepared to possibly wait longer than most restaurants for your food to be ready.
I do wish there was a way for the restaurant to communicate this to avoid problems with new customers who may be expecting quicker service.“
