Nice place for Yummy lunch
Panera in Secaucus is great! The staff goes above and beyond to make the customer's visit enjoyable! Isaiah is amazing at the counter, he takes his time to help you with your order and even offer suggestions. He knows customers by name and makes it feel like I'm visiting a friend! Great job, Isaiah!
Ive been to many Paneras in Florida. I happened to stop here with my wife while visiting in Jersey. Shawn immediately answered my wife’s questions with pleasure, and took care of us himself, rather than directing us to the Ipads. He went above and beyond coming over after our plates were empty and took our plates. Ive never had such a good experience at a Panera before. I would come back just to see him!
