The friendly staff, including the general manager, provide excellent customer service. One recent reviewer noted the exceptional help from a staff member, Makenkie, who labeled their order accurately, making the experience much better. While prices may be a bit high, with a "giant" sub costing $18, the overall experience is often good. However, another customer mentioned that their Mini Club Supreme did not meet expectations this time, as the bread was slightly stale and the flavor lacked compared to previous visits.
