“Coming back to Corto felt extra special. We got married here last November 2024, and we just came back last Thursday to experience dinner with our friends visiting from Manila. I insisted on bringing them here because I wanted them to see and feel what our wedding was like and because I simply love this restaurant.

The food, as always, was exceptional and never disappointing. Authentic Italian flavors, beautifully prepared and full of warmth. It was also our first time experiencing Corto during dinner, and the cozy evening ambiance made the night feel even more intimate and special.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They even surprised us with a complimentary appetizer after I mentioned that we had our wedding here. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made us feel so touched and remembered.

Corto will always hold a special place in our hearts—not only for the wonderful food and service, but for the memories we made here. We’re so happy to have returned, and we’ll definitely be back again.“

I have been going there since 1984 and sorry to say, 90% of the time I get the same thing! And still always delish. The service is great, servers are great, I have bought many people there and no one has ever complained, always loved the food! “Palermo‘s Italian deli by far hands-down some of the best food you’re ever gonna eat. We ordered food for catering for a baby shower and everybody ran it and raved about Penny Baka sauce, eggplant rotini chicken masala. Everything was so delicious and his delivery guy Ed went far behind is call of duty to really set up everything this place is a must must order food. “I came looking for NYC style pizza and I got the best I've ever had. All pizzas are well done so there is not flop. I had their vodka sauce pizza as well, as their chicken Parm pizza, the pepperoni and the margarita. All were amazing. I highly recommend this place. There person making it was friendly and made the pizza to perfection.“

“Terra Nova Deli is a quaint little eat-in spot on Summit Avenue. Carlos and Ruth are the sweetest, and you can tell they put care into everything they make. The sandwiches are always made fresh to order, with thinly sliced meats and generous portions—the way a good deli sandwich should be. I especially love the meatballs, and both the beef barley and chicken noodle soups are wholesome, comforting, and taste genuinely homemade. It’s a great neighborhood deli with really good food and even nicer people behind the counter. Definitely worth stopping by!“

My kids devoured both pizzas we got and the garlic knots..I got the caprese salad, which was delicious! They were super polite on the phone and delivered within 20 mins when they said 45 Mims to an hour. This was the hotels #1 recommendation and they nailed it. “I always thought of this place primarily in terms of takeout but I had my daughter's first birthday there a couple of weeks ago and would be remiss not to share what a wonderful experience it was on all fronts. First of all, as other reviewers have noted the food is incredible. Every single person in our party raved about their meals--mostly pizza orders, but I had a hot sub and I could not devour it fast enough, it was so delicious. Quality ingredients and really authentic preparation. Beyond the great food though I want to highlight what a lovely experience we had at the establishment. The restaurant was so accommodating to our needs--they let us bring in our own decorations and cake, even let me come in early to set up, and it really made the day feel special and personal. Unlike most other places, they also let us relax and enjoy ourselves. We lingered for a while and at no point did they make us feel like we needed to wrap it up and leave. As the mother of the birthday girl it really meant a lot to me, and I don't think I would have gotten that experience anywhere else. Finally, I'd like to compliment the staff who took such good care of us--they were professional and friendly and continuously offered to help with whatever we needed. We were a party of 21 including four little kids so I'm sure at points we were a lot to take! But all we received from the staff were pleasantries and smiles. I'd recommend to anyone not just making this your go-to pizza place for takeout, but thinking of them for your next gathering as well. Or a meal out, it's not a frilly sceney place but it's got a cozy, homey feel that's perfect for intimate conversation and catching up. “I've gone here since I was a child :) The quality has never slacked, and everything is quick and easy- I'd argue sometimes faster than some pizza chains. The food has never let me down, and the employees are always quick to answer when asked anything. The atmosphere doesn't really give restaurant, as it is a to-go kind of spot, but their counter service is super efficient!“
