“The food here is amazing, and the staff are great. I can’t recommend it enough. Unfortunately, the Facebook rating system for restaurants is focused mostly on the wrong things, likely due to poor algorithm design. Curbside pickups? Daily specials? Takeaway menu? Grow up, Facebook.“

“Started with the arancini which was amazing. Super crispy and flavorful. We got the pasta as well and it was some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. The Cacio e Pepe was my favorite. The chicken was incredibly moist with crispy skin. Highly recommend the is restaurant“

“Cute, unique fusion place that provides great ambience and awesome food. It’s not too crowded, perfect for a get-together or a small birthday party. The eggplant katsu was our hightlights, would definitely recommend. Our server was attentive and funny - which make the whole experience much better. Wish I could include more photos, but we were too excited for the dishes“

“This meal was probably the most expensive brunch I've ever had, but it was fantastic. We had a party of seven so they charged us per head and just made us food without us ordering. All of it was fantastic, and the food just kept coming. Really a crazy experience as I was full by the large array of appetizers but then it just kept coming.“

“If you’re looking for chicken parm or that type of Italian food, then this is not the place for you. That being said, the food is INCREDIBLE and the execution is superb. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ate, which was 5 different plates we shared. The portions are smaller but honestly I liked leaving not feeling disgustingly full. Now I know why I see this place on the list of best Italian restaurants in NYC - highly recommend!“

“Vibey, chic spot for drinks-and-snacks. Sit in the bar area for a more boisterous scene. There are a pair of tables on the sidewalk and again on the inside of the front windows - all lovely on a beautiful day with views of the park across the street. The back dining room is beautiful, but a bit serious for the level of cuisine. The food is good, and the service is okay - but it is more about pretty people than fine dinning. Interiors are strong with a lot of sculptural Venetian plaster, red accents, and late 20th century design. It’s giving Italian-vacation-fantasy in downtown Manhattan.“

“This has been on my list for so long and happy to say it did not disappoint! Tried out the buccatini and carbonara, and the burratta salad. Salad was yummy, the ingredients were so fresh. I wish we got more of it! The pastas were also great, perfectly portioned and we were able to finish both of our dishes. We topped it off with orange blossom panna cottage cheese and salted chocolate cake, both exquisite. Chocolate cake was not too sweet, although it was kind of heavy after such a carb filled meal haha. Panna cotta on the other hand was so light. Loved it.“

“Went for an investor lunch. Service was really good and accommodating.
Vegetarian options: There are a few options on the menu, but they can accommodate with certain dishes.
Dietary restrictions: Let the server know, as they can accommodate for dairy and gluten.
Parking: Hard to find a spot as it's in midtown just off Park Avenue.
Kid-friendliness: Can work for kids if early enough, but no kids' menu that I saw.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has elevators and bathrooms seemed accessible.“

“Can’t sing enough praises for b’artusi. Came in once because L’artusi was full for the night. I’ve been back here as my first choice ever since! Whether it’s a date, with companions, or a solo dine-in, this place sets the bar for food, wine, and incredible service. You won’t regret this choice.“

“Malatesta Trattoria in NYC’s West Village is a cozy little spot. We went on a weeknight, and it was pretty busy, but we still managed to snag a nice outdoor table without much wait.
I started with the homemade gnocchi, and they were fantastic—soft, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a classic Italian dish. The service was solid, even though the place was packed. The staff kept their cool and were super friendly.
We finished up with a lovely panna cotta, which was the perfect end to the meal. The only hiccup was the flat fountain sodas. After sending them back twice, we switched to sparkling mineral water, which honestly ended up being a better fit.
All in all, Malatesta is a great spot for delicious Italian food in a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere. Despite a few small bumps, it's definitely worth a visit.“

“One of the best restaurant experiences of my entire life! Amazing food from start to finish, impeccable service and hospitality, surprise tastings brought to us by the baker and sommelier. Felt like we were in a friend’s Italian villa. If I could give 10 stars they deserve 11. Take note NYC restaurants, this is what you should aspire to!!!“

“A lovely place in Rockefeller Center with the option to sit outside or inside.
Italian restaurant All the dishes we ordered were delicious. For starters we took excellent zucchini bites, focaccia, leaf salad, fried calamari and bruschetta with crab meat and fennel. For mains, steak, scallop oysters, parfadella in meat sauce and for dessert an excellent chocolate cake.
The service was great, professional and courteous.“

“Restaurant that I’ll highly recommend to anyone, mainly due to the food but also the staff.I had the strozzapreti with short rib and was blown away. Pasta was cooked perfectly and protein with red sauce was delicious. Perfect dish. Crispy brussel sprouts were very good.I liked the wine. I’m not a connoisseur of wine, and they recommended a good affordable red wine.“

“This is our go to place for desserts in the village. Today there was an incident where a staff member in the counter gave food generously to someone who was intellectually disabled. This was a great sight to see where all the customers were shocked with how the staff responded. Great service as always.“

“Really enjoyed this unassuming Italian. We had a Caesar salad and sausage pizza (one was gluten free). Hit the spot. Not loud inside so we could hear a normal conversation. Non alcohol beer too! Other entrees looked great. We will be back!“

“Excellent inventive Italian dishes. The servers were friendly and very attentive, without being obtrusive. The only quibble is the decibel level. It's not the worst, but not the best. Otherwise, it's a cozy atmosphere. Don't miss Michael's other restaurants in Charleston, SC.“

“I made reservations for my sisters Bachelorette/Birthday dinner and we were all so impressed! Beyond the food and amazingly pink atmosphere, it was the overall experience of the staff that made this place a WIN! The waitstaff are SUCH a fun vibe and totally made this dinner what it was. If and when we come back, we hope to mimic the same experience! Thank you for such a great, memorable time!!!“

“It's a pleasant place, the pizzas could be better, the service is friendly and fast, the service is clean. Toilets should be cleaner, toilet doors and walls especially need cleaning. It is very important that the toilets are clean and the environment is fresh in a restaurant... I can give it 7 out of 10...“

“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“
