We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer service! The cashier with her was brand new and super sweet as well! Camilla even gave me a hug when we left! She made my whole morning! And gave us the absolute best breakfast recommendation as well! Thank u so much Camilla for your grace and kindness this morning. “From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely cared for. This was my first time visiting, and the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing, but what truly stood out was the level of attention and thoughtfulness we received. Being noticed and having the spelling of my name acknowledged made me feel seen and valued as a guest.

Ariana deserves special recognition—she went above and beyond by customizing both coquito lattes to accommodate my sister’s and my health issues, *without sacrificing flavor at all*. They were hands-down some of the best drinks we’ve had. Her knowledge, care, and exceptional customer service made this experience unforgettable. If anyone deserves a promotion, it’s Ariana!

“Very nice place! Their espresso comes in a wooden cup, and they have the unique offering of rum-infused coffee beans. I found this espresso shot a little under-extracted and sour, but the fragrance and tactile wooden cup enhanced the experience.“

“I was excited to visit after so many good reviews. I have been at two locations and I have ordered 4 times overall, it is just OK, I am not impressed by the taste of the coffee, there are much better coffees around on UES in terms of the taste. Also, I do not trust their good rating anymore after I felt being kinda pushed to give the best reviews and immediately - I do not like that and I believe many people did it on the spot. I did not particularly liked the food/snacks, it was ok.“

It's nice that they have pastel de nata rather than the generic nyc bakery items though I didn't try it.

But the cafe itself needs a bit of housecleaning. So many flies just hovering inside and the cafe needs some bg music and might help with overall liveliness of the decor.“

“Great coffee, great atmosphere and great service. The barista was very friendly and authentic. They had everything I love in a coffee shop; computer charging areas, all different types of coffee from espresso to drip to cold brew. Cold brew was smooth and flavorful. She talked me into the croissant and it was worth it! She’s say it’s baked fresh and it tasted like it. Thanks for the great experience.“

“Had the breakfast burrito 🌯 been wanting to get to this place for a while.

Wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good. The chorizo was the one I went with definitely wasn’t disappointed.

I don’t think it’s worth a far drive but if you’re in the area or it’s not completely out your way it’s definitely worth stopping in for a visit. The place does have seating but not a lot of room. There is a park near by and lots of outdoor seating near the area. That’s what I chose to do.

The breakfast burrito price was amazing especially for nyc the food was good quality and really delicious. The sauce everyone was talking about wasn’t over powering. Matter of fact I wish I had more next time I’ll ask for some on the side felt like I needed an extra pump 😂.

I truly enjoyed this place and I’m sure you guys will also the coffee was mid but it’s ok food makes up for it.

“One of the best specialty drink cafes I've had in a long time. I visited twice and was recommended the calamansi latte (with macadamia milk) my first time even though I shared I didn't typically like fruit coffee drinks (or acidic leaning coffee in general). However, it was highly recommended by the gal at the register and now I'm a convert!

I went back for a pandan matcha latte to try out another drink and it's one of the best I've had.

I'm grateful they use real ingredients (such as the pandan and calamansi) because I hate artificial syrups. Will definitely be coming back when I can!“

“Cutesy little coffee shop bakery that I stumbled upon while in town. Small, quaint, quiet and cutesy. My gf and I ordered a slice of Banana Walnut Bread, Spearmint Hot Tea, Iced Passionfruit Black Tea and Kouign-amann. We were so impressed w the quality, taste and presentation of everything as everything was enjoyable and something we'd definitely purchase again.“

“Pretty pricey but good cafe on Third Ave midtown. Solid service and nice vibe and ambiance. Ordered a ham, egg and cheese crepe and an iced latte. My friend ordered a chocolate milkshake and bacon, egg and cheese sandwich.

This reminded me how expensive this city has gotten, but at least the service was prompt and the space was nice.“

“Huge fan of Drip Drop. Every time I come in from Miami, the staff here are quick to attend you, very friendly and make great conversation. I was attended by Elena and Apollo who recommended the Sticky Bun latte and catered to my preferences without question. Paired it with a gf vegan banana bread and I was OBSESSED 😫 Barista Nancy usually makes my drinks each time I come and it’s bomb as hell each time. I genuinely enjoy coming here for brunch and love the updated location. Plenty of space to relax and kick back while I decide what I’m going to do next in the city. Will always come back! 💕“

“Came in Friday afternoon looking for a quick coffee fix. It was around lunch time so most tables were taken, but since I was only ordering coffee I just grabbed a wall seat by the front. You order at the counter and then find a seat that’s open. I tried the maple cardamom latte and thought it was pretty good. It had a good hint of sweetness without being too overpowering. I haven’t tried any food items form them but would be open to in the future.“

“Across my one week stay in New York, this was the ONLY place in Manhattan that served me a latte that actually still tasted like coffee. Went to all the other trendy places hyped up on Tiktok and was extremely disappointed drinking watered down sugary coffee that tasted more like milk/syrup than actual coffee. It is just an added bonus that the place was so aesthetically pleasing. The blueberry yogurt loaf was also delicious. Sad that I only found this place on my second to the last day and will definitely return next time.“

“The food here is sooooo good. Best ethiopian in NY. Fresh flavorful, perfect Ethiopian food and what I would expect. I’m from LA where Ethiopian food is plentiful and it’s been hard to find authentic reliable places here. But this is it. Server seemed to be on his way out so he was slightly inattentive.
