“I always come by here when I need to catch the bus for work and thats usually only 4 days a week. I always order my bagel cream cheese and caramell latte w/ 6 pumps and almon milk. Every other day I go to the other DD but I only look forward to coming to this one on sat and sun because of the nice hispanic people who work there as they always get my order done fast. I only know one of them from when she used to have the cute colored highlights and shes always nice to me, always has my order ready and makes it good but the other people who work there on thursdays and fridays take too long to make my order. On those days I like the small chinese girl working there because shes quick. If I could give .5 then Ill give this store 3.5 stars but I can deal with 4 because of the people on sat and sun.“
“I drove through this place at 10:30 on a Saturday night. I ordered a vanilla shake and everyone I encountered, from the window where you pay to the window where you're given your stuff, asked if I was the one who got a vanilla shake. This vanilla shake was the hottest topic among the people at the windows and the people in the car. I felt like a rock star because everyone wanted to know about my milkshake.I asked for no meat on my Big Mac. I asked again at both windows just to gently clarify that I didn't want meat. There was actually extra meat on it (3 meat patties instead of the standard 2), which I realized when I got home.With all of those no-meat reassurances and the level of detail that was given the milk shake, I didn't think to check the Big Mac for meat.Other than that, it was fantastic.“

“there’s limited seating but that’s because of the small space, it’s cozy. i got the 6$ hibiscus drink and it was alright at best, doesn’t taste like genuine hibiscus. the girl at the counter did explain that they have a premade syrup base so i didn’t expect much. the service was good the girl was friendly and explained the drink before i ordered so i knew what to expect. service 5 atmosphere 4 drink 2 (i have had their coffee before and i prefer the coffee over the teas) overall good and i’ll be back.“
“Beautiful space and friendly staff. We were welcomed by very polite and courteous gentleman and even though we didn’t have a reservation (we didn’t know we needed one) they were able to accommodate us with no hesitation. Giovanni offered us nice drinks and tea along with a delicious shisha. She was very helpful when we had questions about flavors and was very attentive during the time we were there. Will definitely come back. Only thing to note is that if you enjoy a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, try to go on the earlier part of the afternoon/night as it gets louder and feels more like a nightclub later in the evening.Vegetarian options: Dry nuts and French fries“

They have wifi but it's super intimately spaced and I feel like I'm going to break my neck on those stairs, this place is short people friendly.Food: tastiest chicken Empanada I've had in awhile that isn't from the Criollos chain. It was juicy without being wet and flavorful. Wepa!!!!Drinks: my buddy got the Tres Leche and I had fomo because that thing was GOOOD. Drank half of hers lol. I got an iced Coquito latte because I'm a sweaty human even in winter and it helped regulate my temp but the taste was just OK. Her drink was hot and I was happy to sweat for it.Note: the iced drinks come in those clear bags with a straw like when Covid started allowing people to drink out of plastic bags from bars. We went to pick her kid up from tennis and I looked like an unhinged day drinker trying to relive spring break.Misc: Stopped by with a buddy to wait for tennis to let out over on 1st ave. “Swung by mid afternoon on 3/18 for a quick pick me up while biking to work. The barista was an absolute sweetie and made my iced latte to perfection! Those rum infused beans really are something, especially in the Coquito (personal favorite)Plus, this space is big enough to work in which is great in itself. “To the idiots that are complaining about the workers and the environment, you guys seemed to be very entitled. Has it occurred in your tiny brains that theyre humans? Majority of them are new to the country? Its convenient for you guys to just sit in your cars in comfort and complain but yall dont see how busy this location is. Some workers are elderly, they travel hours just to pour you Karens your coffee and they dont have it easy like the rest of us.But you karens want to be ungrateful and treat them like theyre the bottom of the rank.Please dont give them a hard time and then complain theyre giving you a hard time.
