“Absolutely one of the best bakeries I’ve tried in the NY/NJ area. The bread tastes genuinely fresh, the pastries aren’t overly sweet, and you can really tell everything is made with care. The sourdough rye is incredible and the babka was soft, rich, and perfectly balanced.“
