There is zero worry about milk or butter cross-contamination, so my kids could safely pick whatever they wanted.

We really enjoyed the fact that they have mini donuts and muffins alongside their regular sizes—it made it so easy to try a bunch of different things! The flavors are completely out of this world. My teenagers love real meat and dairy and are usually tough critics of vegan food, but these hit the nail on the head. They are so airy and delicious that you would never guess they are plant-based. We will definitely be regular customers!“

In the 10 min my friends and I were in there, he fielded 2 sizable online delivery app issues while also giving excellent customer service to the in-store customers. I gave her a picture that I wish I could up load and not only did she replicate the exact design but the cake itself literally melted on our mouths. “Been going to this location for years. If you hit it at the right time, the donuts, drinks, and folks there are great. On the off occasion, the donuts are very stale and the drinks taste burnt. It's pretty hit or miss in that regard.

I've never had a complaint about the people working there, they're especially kind to my sister - she is disabled and everyone has been incredibly patient while she practices ordering and paying and such.“

“This is the best Dunkin I have been to anywhere in NYC. They are consistently amazing. The way they get your drink order PERFECT is their strongest point. The food is always prepared properly and cooked well (not over or under done.) All my coworkers and and I agree they are the best. “It is a Dunkin'. What more can one expect? It offers a variety of different beverages where you can order as is or modify your drink order. That helps if you need to watch your sugar. Unfortunately, they cannot serve the turkey sausage at this location thus limiting what you can eat here. Dunkin' uses Morningside brand vegan sausage and Morningside brand vegan turkey bacon; be forewarned if you have allergies to Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), do not eat the vegan bacon as it is loaded with it. The staff here at this Dunkin ', 179 Avenue U, are amazing, attentive and very friendly. It makes coming here feel like a home away from home. Let me add, I am not sure if the donuts are prepared on site.“
