Amazing Customer Service. We could try a lil sample of the flavors before choosing. It made the experience a little less intimidating with the variety of amazing and different options.Chose:-Mango sorbet/Island-Banana pudding/red velvet
Stopped here after a nice walk at prospect park. It was a drizzly day around 4pm and the place was empty except for 2 customers and 2 workers. I was unsure of what to get but landed on a orange milkshake and a coffee cookies and cream milkshake. The coffee milkshake was really good and tasted like having a coffee flavored slushie. As an offshoot/sequel to the redoubtable Ample Hills, it should be no surprise that the ice cream is superb: thick, rich, inventive, creamy, and perhaps my favorite in New York’s five mighty boroughs. I always go ooey gooey butter cake or peppermint pattie (or both), but there are delights to suit every taste. (Note well: I was so excited about the ice cream that I forgot to take a photo until after a few bites. A cone offers more than pictured here.)
