“First time here and I loved that this place used to be a old pharmacy, the look is still there from a time long past gone.
The decor is definitely one of the reasons why you should definitely check this place out.
I went there on a excruciatingly hot evening and ordered a milkshake. My only complaint is that I had to wait nearly a half hr for this milkshake because the waitress forgot my order, I'll let it slide only because it was super busy that evening but they definitely need to pay closer attention to orders.
On a side note even though I thoroughly enjoyed my milkshake (once I finally received it) this place is expensive even for a milkshake so be prepared for that.
I'll definitely give them a shot again if I'm in the neighborhood.“

“We waited like 15 min to get service and we were second in the line. Only one customer before us. And that’s because only one person was attending the line. The ice cream is really good. Except for the oatmeal lace that was extremely sweet. When we went to pay the guy didn’t have change for 50 dollars so we had to wait another 5 min for him to bring the check. If the service was faster will be a great experience fue the nice place and environment it has.“

“Probably the best tasting I cream I have ever tasted with the most different flavors I have ever seen. There is no other place I have seen that sells HOMEMADE ice cream with delicious Asian flavors like taro, milk tea, green tea, sesame, red bean! The taste and texture is amazing! And the owner Song is just the sweetest person! I can literally sit there for 4 hours straight spending time talking with this wonderful women and eating all her ice cream! Lol. Def a place worth visiting! And what's even better are the beautiful cakes she makes, already done or custom made! With any flavor ice cream she makes in her shop! Simply the best! “Dreamery is a lovely ice cream spot! I just went there after having a really shitty day and the person behind the counter was so nice (I wish I knew their name! They had long curly hair and a bandana!) and it turned my day around. Every time I go there I have a really nice convo with the person behind the counter and the ice cream and shakes are DELICIOUS! “A very small place. It's different. I went to check out their Mexican style ice pops. You ring a bell and you are let into a tiny space. There is an interesting selection. I thought there would be more flavors. The lady that helped me was super nice and helpful. I had the Strawberry. It's called Oiishi Koyo Strawberry. It was very tasty and refreshing. It cost $5. It's made with natural fruit. They have an area with cute decorations. If you're in Red Hook, check it out.“

“This ice cream shop been open for over 40 years and featured on ABC Channel 7 news. It was on the news because Landlord REFUSES TO ANsWER THE OWNER and explain why he wants his shop closed. This store has great food, great pricing, great atmosphere and Profesional. Community is doing a great job surrounding the store and store owner with support. “This is a good "classic" milk shake. What do I mean? They put a little bit of vanilla soft serve in my chocolate milkshake. Why? Best guess, to make it taste more milky?! I don't know. It was still a good milkshake, but not a to die for deep chocolate milkshake. Price wise, It's easily the best value around.“

“This location is right in the heart of Williamsburg with a bunch of other spots around. It's a perfect place for a treat. I went in the afternoon and it wasn't too busy so it was a perfect time.The staff was nice and of course I had to go with a classic taiyaki ice cream with the matcha and hojicha mix. Drizzled some condensed milk on top and it was delicious. Matcha and hojicha are similar yet each of their flavors are distinct. The taiyaki was warm and crispy but it did get soggy as the ice cream melted. Nonetheless, delicious ice cream and had a great experience.“

“Stumbled upon this gem with some friends. To my delight, this place is fantastic.

I got the strawberry gelato and decaf cappuccino, though i tried my friends’ vanilla gelato and starberry milkshake. All were superb. I was not expecting such high quality.

I am an ice cream and milkshake enthusiast — and this would rate as one of the best.

The owner is also very sweet.

“Though the food is good, it's not budget friendly. My chicken was fried well with a crispy crust and juicy chicken meat underneath. Still hot when I got it, so I had to let it cool a bit. The lettuce was shredded, green and crisp. Buns were soft and delectable. Were it at a lower price point, I would highly recommend for the budget conscious. As is, it's worth the extra money for the occasional splurge. Based on it's deliciousness, buy two sandwiches to be full. Enjoy.“

“Absolutely the best ice cream I've had in Brooklyn. So far, we've tried grape nut, guava, and Irish moss. All amazing. Are the staff going to gush over you? There aren’t a large variety of fro-yo flavors, but they have all the solid ones here, and a large array of toppings.It is a self-serve location (and they’re covid conscious), providing you with gloves and hand sanitizer to use before serving yourself. I liked that, it made you feel as though the establishment cares about keeping covid at bay.The place is squeaky clean by the way. Everything is tidy, the machines are clean (been to some spots with dirty ones), and the area for toppings was so perfectly organized that me and my boyfriend barely wanted to touch it lol.There was one young lady at the register over-seeing everything, who gave us a friendly greeting when we came in, so that was nice.Other than that there’s not too much to say about a frozen yogurt spot, but this is definitely one of the better locations. “When I walked in it was very clean and nice designed .
The staff wasn't so friendly but they took our orders patiently and cordially.
When the boss came out he was very nice and gave us extra cream for the churros and asked if we need anything else etc.
That was nice I appreciated that he cared to male an effort to be friendly !
The ice cream is classic carvel very good and I liked that they had pretty wrapped ice cream sandwiches to go amd ice cream bard.
The cinabon smell is heavenly can't leave without center of the roll its great !“

“Came back to the original location, first time since Ample Hills reopened. We spent so much time here back when Ample Hills just started out. Our kids had their birthday parties here and we came way too often. Happy to report that the ice cream is still delicious. Everything else though... is way off. The staff barely acknowledged us and were not friendly. The three of them were talking amongst themselves and we had to wait before they looked our way. The shop was kind of dirty with stuff on the floor, an upturned garbage can in the corner, ripped cushions, and a nearly empty freezer case with only one shelf of ice cream. The lighting is harsh and clinical. Never understand stores that put in these cold white lights that feel so unwelcoming. Overall, felt like this place has lost its luster and needs some love and attention. Sad to see.“
