“I had a wonderful experience with Byclio Bakery.

I ordered a Russian roulette cake for my wife’s birthday. She has been following Byclio on instagram for a while now and has been wanting one of the cakes. So I filled out the form and trusted Clio to work her magic - and she definitely delivered!

First off, the ordering and pickup process was very easy. The cake was ready at the pickup time that I requested , and Clio even presented the cake to me in person! On the form , I had only noted some colors/themes and flavors that my wife would like. Clio took that and ran with it. The final design was better than I could have imagined !

The cake itself was chocolate with a passion fruit curd and was absolutely delicious! All the guests raved about it, and some even said it took the top spot as their favorite cake ever !

“Employee owned co-op with a sliding scale pricing system for sandwiches. The concept alone is worth a visit.

But the sandwiches will keep you coming back. I got the Lucy and it was 🤌. As the kids say, 10/10 no notes. It was so good that my wife - who was hangry and wondered why it took 10 minutes (perfectly acceptable timing tbh) - no longer wondered why good things take time when she stole the other half of my sandwich. From the bread to the fillings to the ratio, bravo.

I will be back, I will be dragging my wife with me, and we will be pestering the extremely nice staff for their tasty treats. Can’t wait to try the desserts/pastries! What an awesome place to have in the neighborhood.“

“This place is viral on instagram according to my girlfriend. The sandwiches only come out after 11am, so you have to be smart about “lining up” Considering how they charge 14 dollars for a sandwich they were a little small. But sandwich itself was well seasoned and fresh.
Very limited seating so please be aware.
Really good if you are a vegan.“

lovely refuge from a rainy day.
i was biking along when heavens opens. searching for the nearest interior my clunky bike and i stumbled our way into this blue sanctuary. we were graciously welcomed in and patiently waited. Baristas were friendly but not overbearing and kind to each customer that followed after me.

The interior is endearing. The couch is super comfortable and the book selection is great! I had forgotten a book at home so i was especially grateful for this. I especially love that there is a book nook for a child too!

“Their focaccia bread is by far my favorite. And this is coming from someone who is a croissant fanatic over focaccia bread, in general. Been to a lot of bakeries and yet the flavor, crust, texture of their bread is unparalleled. Their kouign amann is VERY good but their bread blew me away. Incredibly friendly staff as well. I’ve seen the owner there every time I visit and can tell they care deeply about their pastries and bread. Highly, highly recommend!“

“Radio Bakery was good but maybe I should've gotten the more popular items.

The tomato danish was good. The new corn focaccia tastes a bit under-baked. The vanilla kouign-amann was really fluffy with a hardened sugar coating bottom.

The line for 10am drop was pretty quick - 15 min wait. But the line for 11am drop was significantly longer - about 45mins.

To give an idea, the corn focaccia dropped at 10am which we got right away. Then we went back in line for the 11am drop and at 11:15am, there were only two slices of corn foaccis left.“

“Farm to people offered CSA quality produce and so much more in their first delivery to me. I ordered a produce box and a fruit box, plus proteins and everything was super fresh, minimally packaged and flavorful. I love the option of being able to switch out items in your produce box subscription. I spent here about 2/3 of what I would spend in the grocery stores on Manhattan. I'm looking forward to my next box already.“

“This is some of the best food around, full stop – and it just happens to be veg friendly. But beyond that, this is a very special establishment. It’s the kind of place where every single part of the experience reflects care and intention – from the menu, to the decor, down to the cutlery. The vibe is casual, and the folks working there are welcoming and make you feel taken care of. The cumulative experience makes for a level of hospitality that many more formal restaurants in the city have lost. I hope this place is around for many years to come.“

The food, coffee and baked goods are unreal and the people are even better. They recently expanded and renovated their space and I love how inviting and welcoming it is. It is always a great experience.“

I went in by myself and tried their banh mi, which despite not being like what you would find in a typical Vietnamese spot, was super tasty and I highly recommend it. Use my photo as evidence of how good it is, I ate half of it before I finally took a photo, haha. The bread itself was soft, it tasted fresh, and the filling wasn't overly spicy or bland, it was just right. The baked goods looked tempting and I might have to try them next time.

Service wise, they're great. The staff will let you know how long you'll wait for items and they are good at what they do, both in the front facing customers and in the back prepping.“

“Really cute Japanese cafe in industry city. The wait was a bit long since the shop is small and only the one person works there. The drinks are high quality and you can tell the owner puts a lot of thought and care into her craft. The sesame latte was packed with sesame flavor albeit a bit sweet for me. The matcha latte was excellent and just right. There's also a bunch of creative pastries that looked really good. Definitely worth a visit, just be patient with the wait.“

“So cute! The staff are very friendly and helpful. My vanilla almond milk latte was chef's kiss. Also tried the oxtail crossaint and the crossaint cruffin were both tasty. The lemon curd inside of the cruffin had the right amount of tartness. Paired well with the fluffy meringue. Will return!“

There is zero worry about milk or butter cross-contamination, so my kids could safely pick whatever they wanted.

We really enjoyed the fact that they have mini donuts and muffins alongside their regular sizes—it made it so easy to try a bunch of different things! The flavors are completely out of this world. My teenagers love real meat and dairy and are usually tough critics of vegan food, but these hit the nail on the head. They are so airy and delicious that you would never guess they are plant-based. We will definitely be regular customers!“

“I visited Yummy Tummy bakery for the first time today, with five other friends of mine to support a Black-owned business during Black History Month. The owner Melissa and Kaylan made the entire experience a delight. The two of them made sure we got all of our treats in a timely manner and treated us with such care. He was super friendly, approachable, and made it feel welcoming right away, especially since it was my first time coming here.
