“Their focaccia bread is by far my favorite. And this is coming from someone who is a croissant fanatic over focaccia bread, in general. Been to a lot of bakeries and yet the flavor, crust, texture of their bread is unparalleled. Their kouign amann is VERY good but their bread blew me away. Incredibly friendly staff as well. I’ve seen the owner there every time I visit and can tell they care deeply about their pastries and bread. Highly, highly recommend!“

“Radio Bakery was good but maybe I should've gotten the more popular items.

The tomato danish was good. The new corn focaccia tastes a bit under-baked. The vanilla kouign-amann was really fluffy with a hardened sugar coating bottom.

The line for 10am drop was pretty quick - 15 min wait. But the line for 11am drop was significantly longer - about 45mins.

To give an idea, the corn focaccia dropped at 10am which we got right away. Then we went back in line for the 11am drop and at 11:15am, there were only two slices of corn foaccis left.“

“This is some of the best food around, full stop – and it just happens to be veg friendly. But beyond that, this is a very special establishment. It’s the kind of place where every single part of the experience reflects care and intention – from the menu, to the decor, down to the cutlery. The vibe is casual, and the folks working there are welcoming and make you feel taken care of. The cumulative experience makes for a level of hospitality that many more formal restaurants in the city have lost. I hope this place is around for many years to come.“

“This place is cozy and makes for a nice place to go out with friends, dates or even alone! I went in by myself and tried their banh mi, which despite not being like what you would find in a typical Vietnamese spot, was super tasty and I highly recommend it. Use my photo as evidence of how good it is, I ate half of it before I finally took a photo, haha. The bread itself was soft, it tasted fresh, and the filling wasn't overly spicy or bland, it was just right. The baked goods looked tempting and I might have to try them next time.

Service wise, they're great. The staff will let you know how long you'll wait for items and they are good at what they do, both in the front facing customers and in the back prepping.“

“So cute! The staff are very friendly and helpful. My vanilla almond milk latte was chef's kiss. Also tried the oxtail crossaint and the crossaint cruffin were both tasty. The lemon curd inside of the cruffin had the right amount of tartness. Paired well with the fluffy meringue. Will return!“

“Love Farm to People so much! I just started a month ago and have gotten several deliveries since. Always such fresh fruit and produce, something I can't get in the grocery stores near me. They have an excellent selection of pantry goods too. I like their prepared dishes and plan on trying more this week.

Customer service has always been so responsive and I've had addresses changed, items changed, etc., just from texting them like I would with a friend. Super happy that I gave this service a try.“

If you have kids with severe dairy allergies like I do, you know how stressful it is to find safe treats. Walking into Cloudy Donut Co. was pure joy because the entire shop is 100% vegan! There is zero worry about milk or butter cross-contamination, so my kids could safely pick whatever they wanted.

We really enjoyed the fact that they have mini donuts and muffins alongside their regular sizes—it made it so easy to try a bunch of different things! The flavors are completely out of this world. My teenagers love real meat and dairy and are usually tough critics of vegan food, but these hit the nail on the head. They are so airy and delicious that you would never guess they are plant-based. We will definitely be regular customers!“

I just got them to cater a ~20 person tailgate on a Sunday morning: portobello mushroom sandwiches, turkey meatball subs, shrimp po-boys, and sweet potato pound cake (wow). Everything was delicious, and Shakoor went above and beyond, walking me through the options beforehand and thoughtfully preparing and packing the food the day of to make sure it all traveled well. A 10/10 experience—not only because the food is exceptional, but because Shakoor and his staff are warm and genuine, and truly treat you like neighbors. Can't recommend enough!“

Over the years I tried this pastry in different bakeries all over the world and have never liked it. Always too wet and soggy inside.
This place did the pastry justice. The right amount of crispiness on the outside with the sweet chewiness on the inside. Some parts are not as heavy so it creates a perfect balance. It's sweet but in a good way. As a health conscious dessert lover, I can safely say this babka is worth the sugar and calories.

“My husband and I have been getting birthday cakes from Buttermilk Bakeshop every year for nearly a decade and every year they get better and better. We work with Katy who is always creative, personable, easy to work with, promptly responsive and thoughtful. This year, I asked for a cake that tastes like an almond joy candy bar, and I couldn’t believe how well she delivered! She added chocolate chips to their moist, already immaculate coconut cake, and incorporated a layer of coconut cream and a layer of chocolate ganache with toasted crushed almonds. It was insanelyyyyy good and 100% spot on to the flavor profile we were going for. They enrobed the cake in the most beautiful, ornate icing designs and matched our color inspo perfectly. If you are someone who cares about aesthetics AND flavor, you must get your cake from Buttermilk Bakeshop. Her cakes are always delicious, and with very little direction she will easily exceed your expectations. Any time we stray and order a cake elsewhere, we wish we stuck with our tried and true. Also worth mentioning is that whether you choose to pick-up or have your cake delivered, you can rest easy knowing you’re going to receive your order at the expected time, no nonsense. Also, if you are gluten free, their GF cake is so good no one will believe it’s GF (we have ordered several GF cakes over the years, the cake described here was not GF).
