Best pastries in town
The Finnish rye is great. It will hit the spot if you've been missing it, and this is the only place I've found it in NYC. The other baked goods are great too.

Breadivore Bakery is a sweet and clean spot in a pocket of Park Slope, a great destination for bakeries. The pastries are satisfying and not too sweet. Standouts include the uniquely delicious osmanthus and black sesame roll, the amazing olive oil ricotta cake, and the cedar olive twist. The black sesame kouign amann is thick, rich, and doughnut-like. The classic croissant is a favorite, being light and flakey. The aged cheddar roll is an interesting, robust, and tangy savory pastry. The owner is friendly and cheerful, making it a go-to spot.
