Croissant & pain au chocolat : Best in New York. But careful, usually available around 9:45/10am. I didn’t go for 3 months and I regret that. Will go more often for sure.
I hesitated to put a bad review so that this place does get more famous, but it’s too good for doing it such a prejudice.

Eating the apple turnover inspired me to write this review - I've been here many times and nothing has disappointed me. Everything tastes super fresh, flavorful - even down to the chocolate in the chocolate croissant (it's like...not standard dark chocolate. I dont know what it is but its great and I enjoy it). Kinda expensive but worth it if you're ever in the area.
Love this bakery- have tried nearly every pastry and they’re always so flavorful and the textures are consistently spot-on. I can’t recommend this place enough and if you enjoy a delicious pastry, try a few when checking this place out, as each offering is really unique. If I had to choose 2: the blueberry cheesecake kouign amann and the purple radish roll are my favs.

Breadivore Bakery is a sweet and clean spot in a pocket of Park Slope, a great destination for bakeries. The pastries are satisfying and not too sweet. Standouts include the uniquely delicious osmanthus and black sesame roll, the amazing olive oil ricotta cake, and the cedar olive twist. The black sesame kouign amann is thick, rich, and doughnut-like. The classic croissant is a favorite, being light and flakey. The aged cheddar roll is an interesting, robust, and tangy savory pastry. The owner is friendly and cheerful, making it a go-to spot.
