“Eating the apple turnover inspired me to write this review - I've been here many times and nothing has disappointed me. Everything tastes super fresh, flavorful - even down to the chocolate in the chocolate croissant (it's like...not standard dark chocolate. I dont know what it is but its great and I enjoy it). Kinda expensive but worth it if you're ever in the area.“

“Had an amazing first experience at Saint Michel Cafe. So friendly and attentive. Love the set up of the place so nostalgic and welcoming. Had the best strawberry matcha latte and my partner had a dulce de leche hōjicha. We had a great experience overall. Most definitely will return and hang out next time.“

“I visited Yummy Tummy bakery for the first time today, with five other friends of mine to support a Black-owned business during Black History Month. The owner Melissa and Kaylan made the entire experience a delight. The two of them made sure we got all of our treats in a timely manner and treated us with such care. The sweets themselves were absolutely delicious. The fruity pebble cupcake particularly was the perfect amount of sweet, moist, and airy. If you’re in the neighborhood, I’d definitely recommend you stop by!“

“Best baguette I’ve had so far in Brooklyn, I’ve had dozens. Flavorful, fluffy on the inside with a perfect crust. Better than Le Bicyclette which has an award for best Brooklyn baguette. “I have been in this bakery a few times it's conveniently located near Eastern parkway the 2 3 4 5 trains and Nostrand ave A C trains my wife and I purchased a birthday cake here for my mother in law delicious! And I ordered the cinnamon bun cupcakes and she had the chocolate chip. Great customer service when you walk in a big smile and welcome.“

“Bread is always soooo yummy and flavorful! Favorite bread is the white concha and one that looks like a croissant but taste like hojaldra orangey flavor I loveeeee. Also the rosca the best ever. They’re not stingy with the sweet sugary part of the rosca there’s enough for all for the amount they add. The place is semi empty perfect for taking ur time in choosing ur bread. Oh and the peach 3leches slices are good.“

“Ladybird made our wedding cake, and it was absolutely delicious!! Melanie is a culinary sorcerer! She worked closely with us and beautifully realized an absolutely stunning design that was majestic in person. It was everything we wanted and more. Our wedding guests were amazed at the beauty, freshness, and scrumptiousness of the cake. Can't recommend this remarkable bakery enough!“

“My friend and I got the strawberry shortcake cupcake and the confetti cake slice and both were incredible! The total was $16 after tax which is very reasonable especially cus the cake slice is huge! The cake was moist and delicious and not too sweet. The cupcake was also incredible, it tastes just like the strawberry shortcake ice cream I used to have as a kid from the ice cream truck. Overall I will be going back, I’ve heard great things about their chocolate cake and need to try it.“

Their tres leche cakes are my go to for birthdays and their assortment of pastries and desserts are perfect to bring to dinners and parties. Great stop in the neighborhood, especially when in between errands. Great atmosphere, staff very professional and quick service. Prices are reasonable. Their cappuccino was perfect, not burned, very smooth and you can tell they use quality coffee. Very happy to have found this place!“

“OMG The cupcakes are to die for. The frosting is amazing as it is not too sweet. The cupcakes are a perfect size, moist and have the delicious fresh homemade taste. I had the vegan chocolate cupcake and it had a delicious chocolate taste and was not that sweet at all. My daughter said it was the best cupcake she had. It was worth every penny and I can not recommend BKLYN Cake Studio enough for its delicious cupcakes. I definitely want to try the chocolate chip cookies with sea salt next.“

“I had a wonderful 4-star experience at Little Cupcake Bakeshop! The atmosphere was a total standout, earning a perfect 5-star rating for its excellent vibe. “One of the last, real, Family bakeries in the area! A good variety of all the usual suspects and breads, all baked as expected. They maintain the variety I feel by cutting down on specific quantities of each,- a fair tradeoff, so shop early if you have a specific need. I've lived in the area since mid 90s, and watched too many of this type of shop close at an increasing rate, many bought out by chain bakeries that ship product in from miles away. I hopw this one survives.“
