“Came in early a.m., walked in to a bright and energetic atmosphere. Greeted by the cashier I gave my order. 1 Coffee and 6 donuts, not only was the price right; the donuts were phenomenal. I was unsure of what to get but they were patient with me lol I am a bit of a coffee snob and this was one of the best I’ve had. I’m always weary going into new territory (my own bs) but this was a delightful encounter for sure. I will absolutely be returning (with my children) as they could not get enough of the donuts. My new favorite spot without a doubt!!“

“Lesslye Hernandez isnt telling the truth. The girl that works there is actually is very nice and really does her job well. she has a great vibe snd really knows how to take care of her customers. Lesslye Hernaandez is a liar and clearly dont got nothing to do with her life other than ruin others. dont listen to this brainless woman?. she was just impatient and clearly didnt understand that they just wanted to fix her order and didnt want to disappoint her but she was too impatient and rude. This place has great customer service and has great workers. Def recommend this place. Especially the girl that works there she is very nice and will make sure to take care of you. Some people just think they own the world or something. Once again don’t listen to this women. Customer service is great and everyone there does their job correctly!!!!“

“We stopped into Les Gateaux de Marie while in NYC and absolutely loved it. Such a cozy little bakery with the sweetest atmosphere. You can immediately tell the owner truly loves what she does and puts so much passion into every detail.

Everything we tried was amazing. The latte, coffee, cupcake, and crispy heart were all so good. We sat down for a few minutes to relax and honestly just enjoyed being in the space. The bakery is beautifully designed and feels so warm and welcoming.

One of my favorite parts was seeing the photos of the cakes she has created over the years. You could really feel her creativity and passion through everything in the shop. Everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful, and it ended up being one of those little places that makes a trip feel special. So glad we found it. Everything was affordable! We will be back!“

“I work for a law firm in CA and we have an employee who works remotely in NY.. For our employee's birthday I wanted to choose a bakery close to her home and who was local. Stumbled upon Buttercup Bake Shop and they were so awesome! Totally worked with me and delivered the cupcakes with NO hassle. Everything tastes super fresh, flavorful - even down to the chocolate in the chocolate croissant (it's like...not standard dark chocolate. I dont know what it is but its great and I enjoy it). “I’m honestly obsessed with these cookies. They are incredibly delicious and so appetizing. What I love the most is that I’m usually not into sweets at all, but these are just perfect.

They’re not overly sweet — just the right balance. The almond flavor is so rich and comforting, and the cherry adds this slight sour touch that makes everything come together beautifully. It’s such an amazing combination.

“I visited Yummy Tummy bakery for the first time today, with five other friends of mine to support a Black-owned business during Black History Month. The owner Melissa and Kaylan made the entire experience a delight. The two of them made sure we got all of our treats in a timely manner and treated us with such care. The sweets themselves were absolutely delicious. The fruity pebble cupcake particularly was the perfect amount of sweet, moist, and airy. If you’re in the neighborhood, I’d definitely recommend you stop by!“

“Don’t be fooled by the smallness of the place. The breakfast sandwiches are some of the tastiest I’ve ever had. I was looking to order a cake for a birthday, and I was impressed by their photos on Instagram as well as the flavor of the slices they had for sale (one of which I received as a gift). I drove twice in 2 days to grab cupcakes and cookies… I cannot say what’s my favourite out of the cupcake, the brownies, the cookies etc because everything was decadent and not too sweet. You taste the quality of the ingredients and the love they put while cooking them. The fact that Carrie was answering me while the business is close is a sign that she’s passionate and that she care about her client. They’re on the expensive side compared to other bakery, but once you compare you understand why… You taste the butter in everything! If you like some fluffy, moist, creamy cupcake this is your place… While planning my wedding, I’ve compared a few bakery and non are as good as this one… Thank you for the amazing experience and taste!“

“Bread is always soooo yummy and flavorful! Favorite bread is the white concha and one that looks like a croissant but taste like hojaldra orangey flavor I loveeeee. Also the rosca the best ever. They’re not stingy with the sweet sugary part of the rosca there’s enough for all for the amount they add. The place is semi empty perfect for taking ur time in choosing ur bread. The cappuccino was a little piece of heaven, the desserts were just a tad sinful, and the whole experience felt like a visit to the Holy Chapel of buttercream and chocolate.

“My friend and I got the strawberry shortcake cupcake and the confetti cake slice and both were incredible! The total was $16 after tax which is very reasonable especially cus the cake slice is huge! The cake was moist and delicious and not too sweet. The cupcake was also incredible, it tastes just like the strawberry shortcake ice cream I used to have as a kid from the ice cream truck. Overall I will be going back, I’ve heard great things about their chocolate cake and need to try it.“
