“Came in early a.m., walked in to a bright and energetic atmosphere. Greeted by the cashier I gave my order. 1 Coffee and 6 donuts, not only was the price right; the donuts were phenomenal. I was unsure of what to get but they were patient with me lol I am a bit of a coffee snob and this was one of the best I’ve had. I’m always weary going into new territory (my own bs) but this was a delightful encounter for sure. I will absolutely be returning (with my children) as they could not get enough of the donuts. Working with Alison to schedule and have our tasting, which was just down right fun...(because of COVID we had to take our samples home... and she loaded us up with some extras to share with friends) to showing her our vision for the cake on the day of, and then actually SEEING and EATING it at our wedding was perfect all the way through. They really incorporated everything we asked for, and it was simply delicious!!! I was looking to order a cake for a birthday, and I was impressed by their photos on Instagram as well as the flavor of the slices they had for sale (one of which I received as a gift). The cappuccino was a little piece of heaven, the desserts were just a tad sinful, and the whole experience felt like a visit to the Holy Chapel of buttercream and chocolate.

If you find yourself anywhere near Arthur Ave., De Lillo is an essential pilgrimage.

I was able to pick up the cake at 9AM when they first opened the day after the holiday and crossed my fingers. The cake was beautiful. No... It was simply STUNNING. It captured the color that I wanted for the cake and the simplicity of the design of it. My daughter loved the cake. It was also delicious (we ordered the lemon cake and cannoli; bottom and top tier respectively). It was also budget friendly. I got the 8" and 10" which was more than enough for sharing. I usually order their mini shooters and their pistachio tres leches, and/or lotus biscoff 3 milk cakes for my events. For the first time, I asked them to make a custom made cake, and provided them with a photo of it. I was so shocked by how it looked the same as my AI-generated example!
