“absolute gem in the LES!! i stumbled upon this spot one night and let me tell you it was quite the find. perfect for a girls night or for a drink after a date you don’t want to end quite yet. fun card games to play, extra seating up stairs, fun decor, welcoming crowd, and i forgot the best part, REASONABLY PRICED DRINKS. 11/10“
“Went and got a few different baked goods. Flan and Chocolate chip cookie was absolutely DELICIOUS, the flan was sweet and smooth and the chocolate chip was soft and not too sweet. Caramel apple cupcake was super cute and tasty. Haven't had the chocolate cupcake yet but it looks absolutely lovely. Only thing was the pistachio macaron was okay, might have just been a bad batch. Overall very tasty and glad I gave it a stop!“
“What a lovely little place!I went there with high hopes to try their desserts. When I ordered, the employees informed me it was cash only - which I did not have on me. I was about to walk away when they offered me a tea on the house (originally, I was going to have a tea and a pastry and read a little). They made me a cup of tea, so I sat on the cushioned window seat for a little. They were so nice, so professional. Definitely coming back to try the desserts as they looked so good.Thank you for this experience and kindness!“
“Loved the cake made for my husbands 50th birthday party. I got a two tier cake and two dozen cupcakes. Wonderful customer service and reliable delivery. I was in awe at the ease of how ordering went. I was most impressed that I was able to communicate with a person rather than filling out a form online. I will def order again when I need a cake. All the cupcakes got swooped up so fast I didnt even get a chance to have any.“
“This is the top of the ice cream world in Hamilton Heights! Slow churned treats include several dairy and non dairy flavors (on a rotating basis), with just enough flavors to keep your taste buds wanting more. Never have we been disappointed. The staff are always friendly, and there is usually more than enough, even in the smallest sizes, to please your desires. If you have a big appetite (or a hungry partner), the cookie sandwich with freshly baked cookies and a massive helping of ice cream, is a favored order.“
“Dreamer’s has been a favorite of mine since moving to the city! The owners Sandy and Dan make amazing coffee, and always have a smile on their face. We live in the neighborhood, and they always are sure to give us a wave when we pass the shop. Support little gems like this! Just tried their pumpkin spice latte too- 10/10“

“Vegan baked goods??!! Let's give it a try. Dulce de leche - not too sweet at all, a good nutty flavor. Buttercream is not sweet and the cupcake itself is very moist Oreo - a bit dry on the outside, the buttercream has mashed up oreos in it, which doesn't make it creamy but with a crunchier texture. There isn't much of a chocolate taste. My least favorite Dark chocolate - the cupcake itself is on the dry side and less chocolate taste. The buttercream is smooth and a rich dark chocolate. Carrot cake - very moist and soft. You can see shaved pieces of carrots. I think it needs a pinch more of cinnamon. The cream cheese buttercream on top is on a sweeter side but really creamy. I didn't like the carrot decorations bc it's too much food coloring in it. Overall, I'm a fan of vegan cupcakes as it's not on the sweet side. There is a balanced ration of buttercream to cupcake. The chocolate cupcakes needs to be baked a bit less and need more chocolate taste.“
“I work for a law firm in CA and we have an employee who works remotely in NY.. For our employee's birthday I wanted to choose a bakery close to her home and who was local. Stumbled upon Buttercup Bake Shop and they were so awesome! Totally worked with me and delivered the cupcakes with NO hassle. Needless to say our NY employee was super happy and LOVED the flavors and decorations of the cupcakes. ❤️“
“It's my favorite cupcake shop. The cupcakes are very delicious. There are many flavors to choose from. If you are someone who doesn't like too sweet flavors. I think you will like this shop. I will recommend this shop to my friends. There aren't many seats in the shop. But the atmosphere in the shop is cute. The service staff is very good.“

“I have nut allergies and am so so happy to have Baked Cravings!! The grab and go cake was perfect!! I waited too long to place a custom order and needed something that day. I added the option of birthday candles and then bought some strawberries to decorate it a bit. The flavor was rich but not too sweet. I think I actually prefer the taste of the cake not being completely iced and decorated!! It was a big hit with the party too. $60 for the cake and was able to get about 16 slices/servings from it. I will definitely be making the trip up from Brooklyn again in the future :)Dietary restrictions: Perfect for nut allergies!!“
“My favorite bakery ever. Get the sesame balls! Everybody is pretty nice too and speedy, it's busy in the mornings but I still got outta there in 15-ish minutes. The inside looks like a typical run of the mill bakery. They have a self serve area for bread pastries and then they serve you the dumplings/other bigger dishes. They've got great milk tea too!“

“I make a point of visiting Funny Face bakery on every trip to New York, because they have the very best chocolate chip cookies in NYC or anywhere for that matter! Their gooey chocolate chip cookies are huge and packed full of chocolate—can’t be beat, especially warm out of the oven. Their decorated sugar cookies are so cool and clever and also make great gifts (along with a few gooey cookies of course). And it’s such a fun and friendly atmosphere—a must-visit when in NYC!“
“Cutest cake pops around!!! Every time I see these cake pops I'm so wowed by them. Serious artistry. And to make it even better, they taste super good!!A little on the pricey side, but considering the details and the fact that it's a small business I say it's worth it. The staff is always very nice and happy to help. The cake pops themselves are in a cute little stall. It has other food halls around it so you can get a meal and have a delicious and cute cake pop for dessert!“

“My friend got her boyfriend the coconut cloud cake from Little cupcake bake shop recently. I had heard great things about this cake, and he is a huge lover of coconut. The cake was topped with a marshmallow meringue frosting, coconut, angel food-like cake, and coconut custard layered between. The cake was good, but I wouldn't call it great. The coconut custard in between was very minimal, almost as though it wasn't there. The cake itself was really nice and light, not dry, but definitely not moist. The frosting was a nice touch, I love meringue on cakes . If you like coconut cake, this would be a good place to start. But it leaves me curious about other coconut cakes around the city.“

“We had ordered a baby shower cake. The base was a Jaffa cake with butter cream frosting. The cake was fantastic in the way it looked and the taste. The service was excellent. Ms. Marie is a talented artist. Would highly recommend this place!“
