My experience was all about texture and presentation—each cookie is oversized, soft in the center, and usually served warm, which makes the flavors feel richer than expected. The rotating menu keeps things interesting; one week you might get classic chocolate chip, the next something like peanut butter mousse or lemon glaze that tastes more like a mini dessert than a cookie.

What stood out most was how consistent the quality felt across different flavors. Even the more experimental ones are well-balanced rather than overly sweet.

Tips from experience: check the weekly menu before going so you don’t miss a flavor you actually want. Go earlier in the day—popular flavors often sell out. Location: It is located in Chinatown, it is a small store with a display of their cheese tarts. Just buy and go! Service: The server were nice, he gave you good recommendations. Food: All that we ordered was delicious, we finished it on one seating because everything was delicious. We ordered all the flavors, it was original cheese, original cheese with blueberry, chocolate, matcha, black sesame and ube. My favorite was UBE and ORIGINAL CHEESE WITH BLUEBERRY. The crust is perfect, its crunchy and not thick. The filling is silky and smooth, not heavy unlike other cheese tarts. Price rating: 6/10, it was not that bad for the price. All flavors are good! Will definitely come back here if I visit again Chinatown. Get the ube and original cheese with blueberry, they are the best flavors!“

It’s 34°C / 90+ degrees today and one of those days where people can understandably feel a little short-tempered from the heat, but Kaylah was truly sunshine. Her warmth and care made the whole dessert shopping experience even sweeter.

“My partner showed me a plate of carnitas while at Columbus Circle and I said YES PLEASE so he ordered and we walked to this little cute spot and asked to please eat it inside since it’s freezing outside and I needed to use the restroom after eating and was pleasantly surprised the food was DELICIOUS I ate the entire plate! The meat is savory and the sauce was YUMMY. It had a little punch and tasted like a thousand island sauce but yummier. I recommend this place 100%. The female behind the register was very personable and polite we appreciated her for letting us sit in for a bit afterwards. I can’t wait to return to taste their other dishes 🙏🥰“

“I’ve been coming here since they opened and I love their passion fruit yogurt SO MUCH. But today, I saw that they added a take on Bingsu to their menu: shaved frozen yogurt instead of ice, topped with mango and strawberry. It was DIVINE. Treat yourself and get one.“

“I’ve visited Crumbl Cookies several times, and it never disappoints. The cookies are huge, warm, and perfectly soft in the center with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. I love how the menu changes weekly—it always feels like a little surprise when I walk in to see what new flavors are available. My personal favorite so far has been the [insert your favorite flavor if you want, e.g. “chilled sugar cookie” or “chocolate chip”], but honestly, every cookie I’ve tried has been delicious.

The store is always clean and bright, and the packaging makes the cookies feel like a treat worth sharing (or keeping all to yourself!). The staff here are friendly and patient, happy to explain the flavors if you’re having a hard time deciding.

Ideally, I would say get a combo, but since I was already full from a lunch, i just got the dessert. I think one might be too much for someone wanting a light dessert, so i recommend splitting it. If you’re in the mood to eat some yummy jelly, get one. I got the three sisters and the pandas on pandan, super cute and refreshing. Something I wish they had was a small bit of shaved ice because as i was eating, the refreshment aspect was lessened because my jelly wasn’t as cold anymore. Still, super yummy, but wish it came with some ice. Overall I will definitely be coming back here, perhaps to try their snacks, but if you’re looking for a cute place to eat dessert, come here. It’s super underrated!“

We also tried the colorful birthday cake, but it wasn’t as good; it tasted a bit dry. On a positive note, the staff member who helped us was very kind and friendly. “I love Nana's green tea and make it a point to stop by almost everytime I'm in NYC. Great ambiance and amazing matcha drinks to enjoy. The offerings are a bit pricey, but I believe that's this establishments only weakness. “This place offers so many different flavors of the tiramisu. Before trying other flavor gotta try the original first. Taste so good and not too sweet, other than the price was on the higher end tho. The drink I ordered was the lychee sparkling, I liked it but it's just too much ice in it.“
