“BEST BUTTERCREAM PASTRY IN NYC. HANDS DOWN.The Lychee Raspberry Cake/Confection is like a drug addiction! OMG. PUre ingredients smell so good. The shop is small and unbecoming, the drip coffee is awesome, and OMG the pastries.....I've tried other brands...(mag*ia, Lad*m, citarella etc) and the pure quality of ingredients plus creative tastes, here is hands down better. These are truly unique pastries.“
“I love the selection of goods here for offer. Particularly the croissants and chouquettes. But I find some of the staff off putting when I don’t tip at the end of a transaction. Like when stopping in for a baguette. I mean I ask for one, they literally turn around to get it and hand it to me and expect a tip for this service? How about the owners pay their staff a better wage and eliminate the tip?“
“They open at 7. The google listing is wrong.Their chocolate croissant was heavenly. It's so airy yet so crispy. 10/10. 3.90 is a good price for what it is.They do bake almond croissants once in a while. It's not on the menu, though. The frangipane did have a strong almond after taste, which indicates the use of some kind of almond essence. 8/10.“
“Paris Baguette continues to impress with its consistent quality and freshness across all its locations. Whether you visit one of their many branches, the experience remains the same—a delightful array of desserts and teas that never disappoint. Each treat is packed with care, ensuring a delicious and satisfying experience every time.“
“Came here for a quick lunch. It was super busy but line moved fast! Everything here looked so delicious and fresh! I ordered a ham and cheese baguette and asked them to heat it up for me! Washed it down with an iced coffee! It was delicious! Service was great also! Paris baguette never disappoints!“
“very good yummy coffee, i got a caramel iced latte w oat milk , & an horchata iced latte both were very good, next time i’d try a latte with horchata & caramel bc very yummy. tried the cinnamon roll pastry, it was okay, the end got very good though. service was nice & music in cafe was calming - good place to do “
“This Paris baguette (w58th and 10th) - THE BEST!! The second you walk in staff greets and acknowledges you!! You’re asked if you need anything heated up, pastries and/ or drink. Everything I have ordered is on point and as I ordered. I like the ham and cheese really hot; they always get it right.Pastries, breads, sodas, coffee bar and cakes are fully stocked, well organized and set on a clean glass.Food and drinks are prepared fresh and as ordered. Sit down areas and restrooms are clean and fully stocked as well.Lady making cakes are so meticulous and precise in decorating the cakes and pastries. It’s always so nice to see them being done. This location is one of my favorite. Love Paris baguette!!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible“
“What a treat! I am so grateful to Tiara for the wonderful low carb yumminess she produces! Fresh ingredients, and so much flavor! I need to try the ice cream next. Don't let the size of the shop fool you. It may be tiny, but there is a lovely variety of stuff that will blow your mind. And before you look at the prices, consider that low carb ingredients are extremely expensive, as is overhead in this neighborhood. You will be very happy with the food; both sweet and savory options. Supporting this business means that it can stick around, and there aren't many of its kind!“
“I first had Ladurée in Paris, so when I got home and found that there were a couple shops in NYC, I knew where to go for my macaron fix. This location is small, but charming. If I'm in the area for a museum or shopping, I will stop by, especially to see what seasonal flavors are on the menu. They have a very tiny seating area off to the side (as well as some outdoor seating during nice weather) for afternoon tea. It's cute and cozy, but the staff is often very busy and since they accommodate both the counter as well as the seating area, service can sometimes be slow if there are a lot of people waiting. But, I'm so glad we have a local Ladurée...which reminds me, I'm craving macarons!“
“Highly recommend, place has awesome vibes, delicious gelato (I'd recommend the chocolate or hazelnut especially), and looks beautiful! Everyone was super friendly there as well. 100% would suggest for coffee, a quiet drink, or dessert.“
“This is a picture perfect spot on the Market Line at Essex Market. A quaint spot to have a seat, a coffee, a drink & or pastry. The choice is yours. The service is attentive, laid back, and welcoming. I'll be back to try more options!“
“Stopped by @cocotaso for lunch a month ago came back to have a podcast meeting. The food is amazing. True traditional Puerto Rican cuisine- The ambience is warm like a hug from your family and chef Frances is a rockstar. Going back for roast pork & flan ??“
“Ecstasy for the palette! The combos of sweet and savory are impeccably balanced! Everything melts in your mouth, with the emotion of wanting more… Also challenging is figurout which dessert creation to try fist and more importantly, which one will be the last, to keep the unique flavors as long as possible!“
“Upon moving to NYC, this coffee stop was in the process of opening up. Since then, and a few years later, it has become a staple in my everyday work life and a gathering place for family and friends to enjoy a cup of coffee or latte. They offer wonderful lemonades for spring and delicious coffee and iced matcha lattes. Mount Sinai employees receive a 10% discount, and you can further discount by paying cash. I have received a few free drinks through their ticket stamps and love the ambiance and kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this place to many!“
“Love this place ! Wish I knew about this place sooner honestly. The communication is 10/10 and the cakes were sooooo good, so soft and moist ! I'm a vegan and been a vegan my whole life and my family is really used to buying cakes from the same places and the cakes are never fancy looking, no designs nothing really with character, also sometimes very dry or hard or just straight up bland ! But this place omg !! Great all around love how they have different designs for vegan cakes and not just 1 ! I feel so inclusive for once by having a nice looking cake for my birthday & the pricing wasn't bad at all !!! I got a vintage pink heart cake for my birthday on January 19th and my lil sisters birthday was on the 23rd so we also got her a cake but it was a Valentine's Day cake turned into a birthday cake ! And my family loved both cakes !! Thank you for making our birthdays extra special this year !Vegetarian options: The website has all the vegan options !“
“Tried their cherry blossom afternoon tea, and it was worth every penny! We had multiple savory and sweet treats -- from finger sandwiches, to mousse cakes, and cookies and macarons. The staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. Seating is limited, so highly advised to make reservations.“
“Our recent stop at a cozy café left us thoroughly impressed! The enticing aroma of freshly baked croissants and the comforting scent of brewed coffee welcomed us inside. Indulging in the flaky, buttery croissants paired with a steaming cup of rich, aromatic coffee was a delightful experience. Adding Earl Grey tea to our order enhanced the morning treat with its delicate flavor and soothing warmth. With friendly service and a cozy atmosphere, it's become our new favorite spot for a delicious breakfast. Highly recommend giving it a try!“
“always delicious and fresh baked goods. There are not only sweet croissants, but also croissants with cheese and other fillings.not bad coffee and hot chocolate. The establishment is not always clean; sometimes there are no napkins.but despite this, I return to this place for delicious puff pastries.“
“The ice cream from Milk Bar is absolutely divine! ? I first discovered it a few years ago during a trip to New York, and it instantly became a must-try after seeing it on television. Since then, I've been unable to get it out of my mind. Recently, I discovered that a Target store just an hour away from my home carries Milk Bar ice cream, particularly the Cereal Milk flavor, which is incredibly delicious. It's so good that I don't mind driving an hour and a half just to buy it. And today, I'm back in New York, and my first stop is, of course, Milk Bar.“
“All I can say is wow and yum ???? after living 60 years in the community just happen to come in to this quaint bakery two very precious young ladies assisted me with my order April & Talia were incredibly nice. But when I had their creamy pastry and coffee I knew that this was my go to for fresh pastry I had to give the owner my compliments . I was told that the pastries are made fresh everyday . No wonder . The flow of customers is just wonderful so happy to know that East Harlem has such a great bakery now my go to spot for sweets and great coffee .“
“The spot looks cool for the location, def one of those trendier places in the neighborhood. But you're in the heart of east Harlem and the competition is real with these hidden gem bodegas. An authentic local is going elsewhere. Had a bacon egg and cheese and it was definitely tasty, but could use more egg for sure. If you want a different spot to try, why not? Everyone deserves a shot.“
“Stopped by to get this pudding with strawberry popping boba and it was delicious. The pudding was not so sweet but when eaten with the boba made it delicious and meld perfectly. I also got a mango pudding, which was also amazing. It had crisp and fresh mango pieces in a mango puree than when well with the not so sweet pudding. The staff was friendly and you can sit there and eat. The place was clean and everything looked fresh. I will have to return and get the pudding again.“
“A fortunate array of sweet treats centered on sweet cream cheese. A number of delicious and unique pastry products it’s hard to find anywhere else, and some classic innovations on the tried and true to boot. Perfectly balanced textures, tartness, and tang. Flavors beyond sugar do the talking. Well worth the trip when you’re eating in Koreatown.“
“Staff was friendly and courteous, I wasn’t prepared for the self serve pastry displays and somebody was immediately ready to help point out the trays and tissue. The display was full of delicious looking treats. I chose to get a croissant and two mochi donuts, one strawberry and one biscoff. They were indeed delicious. Highly recommend the strawberry mochi donut, the strawberry flavor is strong but natural“
“ReadThis is my go to dessert spot when in the area. Someone of Hispanic decent I bug on the many flavors desserts they have here. My sister told me about it a few years ago and their flans and cakes are to die for. I'm not one for cakes anymore so this puts traditional cakes out of here. Cakes are affordable, can get in the same day and service is always amazing. The place is always bright, clean and welcoming when I go here. Love this gem in the neighborhood“
“I was walking by and just happened to look in the window and saw soooo many heavily sweets and baked goods! I travel to Europe often and this looked just like the shops in Paris! I had to go in! Everything looked super fresh and tasty! I got two slices of cheesecake and the cashier convinced me to get the brownies! GREAT CHOICE! I can’t wait to come back and try more“
“On Sunday February 25th, 2024, at around 6:15PM, I stopped by with my son to buy a croissant. When we reached the cashier, a young boy started serving us. Suddenly, his coworker approached the cashier and asked the young boy to move. She spoke to the boy disrespectfully and completely shoved him away while he was serving us. She instructed him in a disrespectful manner to clean the coffee container until he felt comfortable being at the cashier. I am bringing this up for you to take into consideration regarding people who have just started a new job. The job itself can be stressful, and additionally, if someone who is still learning has a coworker who cannot empathize with their situation, it can be detrimental, especially when done in front of customers. Moreover, I did not notice that my son observed what happened, and he is the one who, on our way home, told me about the situation, which made it even more concerning. My son is 12 years old and can pick up on these things.“
“I've wanted to try gelato for the longest time but had no idea where to begin, especially given the abundance of options in NYC. Thankfully, I came across a fellow Yelp friend's glowing review of Figo and knew this was just the place. We came on a dreary day, and there were no customers when we arrived, but honestly, I was too excited to care. The interior was cute and green and gave major spring forest vibes. I did my research so I knew exactly what I wanted. My sister, on the other hand, contemplated between pistachio and caffè and ended up going with the latter. Their prices have risen slightly. It's now $7.50 (instead of $6) for a regular cup of gelato, with up to 2 flavors. The portions are huge though, so two people can easily share a cup. * Ferrero Rocher I was dead set on ordering this flavor, and it was everything I imagined it to be. Sweet, smooth, rich, and creamy, with blended Ferrero Rocher bits. I found an almost whole Ferrero Rocher piece at the bottom of my cup and loved the added crunch. * Caffè Absolutely divine and exactly how I like my coffee. This flavor perfectly balanced the sweet and creamy elements of gelato with the rich and subtle, bitter notes of dark roast coffee. Highly recommend!“
