They have a cute store in the back that sells books and accessories. They also have a restroom, but you need the bathroom code from the receipt to access it. The staff was really friendly and nice.“

“I am always looking for halal places to have breakfast as regular diners are just pancakes and waffles, no meat. This place was amazing. The food was so delicious and the portions large - extra large for the price. We have the waffles and chicken, the seasoned chicken with naan, the best diner French toast and chicken peri peri wrap. “I called them at 4pm on a Friday asked about a tiramisu cake for my son’s girlfriend. They did not have it available but promised they would have one fresh for me on Saturday morning and they did not disappoint! “I had not heard of this bakery but a friend suggested meeting there a couple evenings ago. This was the Burke, VA location. The choice of pastries was pretty amazing, what we had was fresh and truly outstanding, service was efficient and friendly, and the place itself was very clean. Will be back!“

“Capy Tres Leche Cake is seriously one of the best tres leches cakes I’ve had. The cake is soft and perfectly soaked, so it’s really moist without feeling too heavy. It also looks great when it’s served, which makes it perfect for parties or special occasions. Everyone who tries it always seems to enjoy it. “I got the blueberry yogurt cake. It tasted fresh and tasty. I am surprised by how perfect the balance is between the sweetness(not overly sweet like other cakes that could give cavities), the fruits, and the cake part.

The cake is topped with blueberries, and the inside has strawberries! A very pretty and beautiful cake that also tastes delicious.

“Called the other night to confirm the store hours, and a young gentleman named Joseph promptly answered the phone and gave me the information I was looking for. (The store is open 7am-10pm every day, apart from Christmas and New Year’s Day, when they are open 7am-8pm.)

I came in close to closing, and was greeted by a festive “PB” display! Couldn’t help but take a picture, it really adds to the holiday spirit! The tall, young cashier with the brown hat was efficient and friendly. The store was clean and the products were organized.

“This place is on ground level so its definitely wheel chair accessible. There is a ramp in the back where parking is shared with Hmart. There is a guest bathroom. Get your own napkins. They used to have a water dispenser with cups, but they took that away probably because people abuse it. I see elderly people gathered here and probably spend all day. People with laptops too.“

Today we tried the Coconut Mango Cake, the Holiday Special French Chocolate Roll, and a new Fig Jam & Cream Layer pastry and oh my god, everything was beyond delicious. The sweetness is perfectly balanced, the textures are soft and fresh, and the flavors are spot on.

The Coconut Mango Cake remains our all-time favorite, so light and yummy every single time. And of course, their croissants 🥐 are always super flaky, buttery, and just perfect.
