“I just love this place so much. The staff are always so warm and happy. The coffee is great. The croissants are so good. The chocolate croissants actually have gooey chocolate, not an unmelted chocolate log inside. The chocolate chip cookie is the best in the city. Yes. I said it. The other pastries are also great. I will say, the babkas are good but much too sweat for me. I only wish they have a few more seats inside.“
“I used them for my son’s first party and the cakes they provided were beautiful and tasted delicious. I got so many compliments! The funfetti flavor was everyone’s favorite! They were more than willing to work with my price range and delivered a product that exceeded our expectations.“
“While not in a prime location, this little cozy coffee shop is very special. If you are nearby, just go. They are very intentional and detail-oriented for every order. Seasonal, Japanese inspired baked goods and drinks. Line can be long and service can be slow.“
“Just went there!!! The greeting was excellente with French accent and all... I had a ham and cheese croissant, an apple turnover and a Mocha Drip.. The pastries were nice and flaky, the mocha drip was AMAZING.My only critique was that the croissant was not hot which would've made it sooo much better but regardless it was tasty.I only captured the apple turnover as I devoured the croissant before my post.“
“Visited this bakery in 2022 so sorry for delay in the review. Incredibly good gluten free baked goods. Don't let the outside confuse you - my wife and I thought it was perhaps closed down at first! But have confidence and you will earn your baked reward - and what a reward! We chose the cinnamon buns which were perfection. I should note that this bakery is more of a "buy a loaf of bread or a tray of cakes and take them home" rather than a "grab a singular bun and eat it there and then" place (although the baker kindly prepared a couple of buns from our tray of buns for us to enjoy right away). Overall score: The bakery - 5/5; The baker - 6/5!“
“Impeccable quality of pastry products at this bakery. 100% worth the price. The attention to detail on all of its products is equivalent to the other French bakeries you can find around the city like sweet rehab. As this is a Japanese bakery, the sweetness levels of all their pastries are a bit less than what you'd expect. I enjoy this fact. So do other people, as after I came in, another family bought out many of the pastries on display.I do however wish there were tables present in front of the only two seats outside the door of the establishment. Outside of this, everything else was enjoyable about my experience with the staff and quality of the products. My favorite was the cinnamon sugar donut, $5“
“We had a wonderful breakfast in this charming cafe on our recent visit to the area. My latte was beautiful and delicious. Avo smash was great and my companions enjoyed their breakfast choices. Cafe has a nice ambiance and great service. All the cakes on the display looked delicious. They also have an outdoor area. I loved the mugs we got with our coffee drinks!“
“I was looking for a good local coffee shop within walking distance of where I'm staying and Pep seem to fit the bill. It is a tiny little hole in the wall of a place But super cute with a small but beautiful selection of pastries. I ordered a cherry almond croissant and a chai latte. I was super happy with both. The croissant was beautiful and flaky with the perfect amount of filling. My chai was good if a tad sweet. I would definitely come back to try some more of their pastry selections.“
“Best gelato in Brooklyn. I feel like it says a lot that in most of these there are only 3 ingredients and it somehow manages to taste absolutely perfect every time. No BS just tasty gelato and nice service! It's a little tight in the shop but they're always friendly about it.“
“I requested a Cocomelon cake for my daughters 2nd Birthday and I inquired with Delicacy Passion Pastisserie. They were very helpful with the consult all online. I put my trust they would do well with the design and I knew the cake would be delicious because, we buy their cakes often. I can say I was absolutely blown away by the way the cake came out it was absolutely perfect and our little girl was so excited! I would definitely recommend for any custom cakes or any cakes in general. Great job! Super impressed! ♥️ Thank you guys!“
“I had an absolutely delightful experience at Leah. The pizza was a highlight; the crust was perfectly done, with just the right amount of crispiness. The tiramisu was simply divine, a perfect blend of flavors and textures that left me wanting more. The ambiance, both indoor and outdoor, was incredibly relaxing, allowing us to savor our meal in a tranquil setting. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and a peaceful atmosphere.“
“I've only ever been to two locations, but food and quality is consistent between both, so it's totally appreciated. Great selection of food and baked goods. My faves are the king cream donut, mochi donut, and cream puffs (this location sells them in a pack)! I ventured into their salads, also good; workers are nice.“
“This seems to be a smaller location, so they seemed to offer much less than they typically would there. The older guy at the counter (only one there) didn't seem to understand the things we were asking for that my friends and I had ordered from other locations, which would be understandable, but he also didn't seem to understand what we were asking about when we pointed to a special drink advertised in the display on the window. They didn't have bagels, red velvet frappes, or the savannah pecan mocha from the outside ad, but didn't clarify if they ran out of any of the drinks or if they just aren't stocked there. The muffins and drinks we did get were exceptionally wonderful as always, though, and the interior looked decently nice, if small. The menu display was a little old and could be touched up in a couple places, but everything else was pretty good overall. A little room for improvement, but overall not a bad experience at all.Dietary restrictions: Clear signs denoting kosher restaurant visible“
“This is a small shop with a lot to offer. There are Patties for meat eaters and non-meat eaters. Their Patties are made with an airy flaky crust, and filled either: meat, spinach, herring, shrimp, and chicken. Very tasty, like taking a trip to Haiti!“
“I must say, this Paris Baguette is hands down one of the best I’ve been to, and it’s all thanks to Alex, the manager. I ordered a birthday cake a few days prior to the event, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged on the day. However, Alex handled the situation with utmost professionalism and empathy. He promptly refunded me for the cake and even offered a complimentary replacement. Thanks to Alex’s exceptional service, this place has definitely gained a loyal customer in me.“
“Fantastic, Authentic French Bakery with delectable, authentic, original recipes (that have survived for at least 50 years). Their buttercream cakes such as their mocha cake and Black Forest cake can't be beat and they bake cakes for all occasions including birthdays and weddings. Their butter cookies are delicious beyond belief and come in many delectable varieties. This is not a bakery to pass up!“
“Everything is good here, and always fresh. They have a variety of donuts- both yeast and cake. Wonderful breakfast items, and I love their rolls and/or bagels with bacon, egg, and cheese( delicious). Coffee is bold and flavorful, and customer service is friendly and fast. Family owned business and a staple in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Stop by and try their goodies out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.“
