So we had to make sure to send our thanks to Baked!We had a cutting cake with two different flavors: Oopsy Daisy on the top, Sweet and Salty on the bottom. Then we sent out platters of cupcakes to our tables of those flavors, plus a mix of others. Additionally, we were able to serve some gluten-free and vegan options for guests with dietary restrictions. Annemarie really helped us work through all the details beforehand, and everything turned out perfect on the day of. “The 4 by 12 tacos have really disappointed me. Why do they put oil in it? That was very unpleasant in the mouth. Please don't do it, the meats already have fat and they add more, I don't like hearing people say that all Mexican food is greasy that's why we're fat, stop putting oil on everything, ask instead please.The breads are very delicious, the service is super courteous and the prices vary, some are worth it but others are exaggerated.“

“Oh my goodness!!! I won’t say I’m a cake snob (some might say that, but I won’t)…I just hate blah cakes. The strawberry shortcake that I had for my birthday was ev-a-ree-thang!!! Gotta tell you I was beyond hesitant to spend that much money on a cake, but I figured, “What the heck? It’s once a year and I’m more than worth it.” I’m so glad I did (actually, my mother did as a gift to me). Every crumb was worth every penny!!! The cake was.moist, fresh and flavorful!! “Visited this bakery in 2022 so sorry for delay in the review. Incredibly good gluten free baked goods. Don't let the outside confuse you - my wife and I thought it was perhaps closed down at first! But have confidence and you will earn your baked reward - and what a reward! We chose the cinnamon buns which were perfection. I should note that this bakery is more of a "buy a loaf of bread or a tray of cakes and take them home" rather than a "grab a singular bun and eat it there and then" place (although the baker kindly prepared a couple of buns from our tray of buns for us to enjoy right away). Overall score: The bakery - 5/5; The baker - 6/5!“
“My opinion is 9.3/10. This is a plov, my first one. Wow was it good the meat was soooo tender. The flavors mixed together so well. Only downside is the rice could be left out making it a little chewy but the meat reintroduced moisture into the rice and was sooooo worth it. “Can a slice of cake be life changing? I'm literally in the middle of eating a slice of their strawberry sumac cake and I'm definitely feeling that way. It's so dense and moist but still also fluffy and refreshing? The flavor is deep and complex but still accessible and it has a rich level of sweetness without being cloying. It's a slice of cake that can't be consumed mindlessly - it stops you in your tracks when you take a bite because it's THAT good. I'm being long-winded but as someone who has eaten more cake than advisable in their lifetime, I am grateful to have ByClio in my neighborhood as a place that not only delights but excites with every new flavor offered.
