“I had a wonderful experience with Byclio Bakery.

I ordered a Russian roulette cake for my wife’s birthday. She has been following Byclio on instagram for a while now and has been wanting one of the cakes. So I filled out the form and trusted Clio to work her magic - and she definitely delivered!

First off, the ordering and pickup process was very easy. The cake was ready at the pickup time that I requested , and Clio even presented the cake to me in person! On the form , I had only noted some colors/themes and flavors that my wife would like. Clio took that and ran with it. The final design was better than I could have imagined !

The cake itself was chocolate with a passion fruit curd and was absolutely delicious! All the guests raved about it, and some even said it took the top spot as their favorite cake ever !

“The cappuccino with oat milk and vanilla flavor was absolutely delicious — smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced with a lovely hint of sweetness. The vegan chocolate cake was rich, moist, and full of rich chocolate flavor without being heavy. Everything tasted fresh, extremely elegant, and made tastefully. Highly recommend to anyone.“

“Beautiful display - but the cake does not taste anything special. Olive oil cake was unique in the sense that you won’t find it in most other bakeries. Also very pricey - I believe the signature cake was $18.

“I’m honestly obsessed with these cookies. They are incredibly delicious and so appetizing. What I love the most is that I’m usually not into sweets at all, but these are just perfect.

They’re not overly sweet — just the right balance. The almond flavor is so rich and comforting, and the cherry adds this slight sour touch that makes everything come together beautifully. It’s such an amazing combination.

“This place is wonderful that I stumbled upon it a couple months ago and I have been coming back weekly ever since. I have yet to have a drink I didn’t like here and the same goes for their desserts.

The cinnamon rolls? So sweet and indulgent, they come in packs of two so it’s perfect for those who wanna share an order.

The croissants? Buttery, flaky, everything you want in a croissant is how they make it here. Plus they have different fillings if you don’t want a plain croissant.

The desserts? They are RICH. I can buy one and have it in the fridge for two or three days, all you need is a spoon or two and you’re good to go. Even buying one of the bite sized ones instead is what I tend to do sometimes because all you need is one bite and you’re good. Plus the bite sizes have the different flavors as well, they did some cereal flavors recently and it was AMAZING!

Also the staff are so nice and polite. I have a mom with diabetes who comes here and they constantly warn her if something is too sweet and have her taste her drinks to see what they can add for her. They remember the little things and that makes it easier to converse with them.“

I was looking to order a cake for a birthday, and I was impressed by their photos on Instagram as well as the flavor of the slices they had for sale (one of which I received as a gift). “Leidylicious bakery is the most whimsical little bakery that’s gives the most pleasant experience ever. I ordered my daughter’s 8th birthday cake ( a Calico critters theme)from this bakery and the whole experience was very stress free. I love how they made it feels like I hired a personal baker. “Maria’s Sans Rival cake lives up to the meaning of its name, undoubtedly unrivaled. It was made of sheets of chewy meringue loaded with crunchy cashew nuts, alternating with thick layers of “melt-in-your mouth” buttercream. “The gelato here tastes AMAZING! The staff is really nice, and you can sample flavors. I ordered the super big size which isn’t big to me with the raspberry cheesecake, Reese’s, and deep chocolate gelatos. They were all delicious, but the deep chocolate was by far the best! The deep chocolate gelato was the best chocolate gelato I’ve ever had thus far! Potions are very small so I recommend ordering the largest size. I highly recommend Chillato in Whitestone!“

I drove twice in 2 days to grab cupcakes and cookies… I cannot say what’s my favourite out of the cupcake, the brownies, the cookies etc because everything was decadent and not too sweet. You taste the quality of the ingredients and the love they put while cooking them. The fact that Carrie was answering me while the business is close is a sign that she’s passionate and that she care about her client. They’re on the expensive side compared to other bakery, but once you compare you understand why… You taste the butter in everything! “What a neighborhood gem!! Walked in on a Sunday morning and had a delightful conversation with Chef Daniel. Ordered a delicious egg sandwich on a flaky, buttery, sinfully good biscuit, plus a few other items including the dark chocolate vegan sorbet, a chocolate chip cookie and blueberry citrus donut. Do not sleep on the seasonal donuts ... the blueberry was incredible! And do not let the vegan in the sorbet fool you - as a chocolate lover, it was rich, decadent, everything you want and more.

I've lived in the neighborhood for a decade and didn't realize Sugar Butter Chocolate offered retail service. I wish I had known a lot sooner because everything was so, so good. “Man… this is one of the best businesses in existence. I’ve gotten various cakes from them over the years , and every single time they have been consistently delicious, rich, and exuberant. The tres leches is not too sweet, and the frosting complements the cake as well. It’s overall a very well rounded cake.

The service is spectacular as well — they can prepare an order for you in no time, and will decorate it and ensure that it is beautiful. All the while being as friendly as possible.

And the price, is more than fair.
