I’ve been getting pies from Ladybird Bakery since even before they moved to this location, and they’ve been consistently great over the years. Their pies are especially good — fresh, rich, and with that genuinely homemade bakery quality that’s getting harder to find in Brooklyn.

New to the neighborhood and this bakery is going to be the reason I no longer fit into my clothing. I personally recommend their Black Forest cake. Mmhhmm
Got the blackout chocolate cake (I’d recommend letting it sit a little and come to room temperature) and wow, it’s DELICIOUS! Decadent, rich, and perfect for when you have a serious chocolate craving.
