This place really does have the best croissants. Every pastry we've gotten here, from the croissants to the brownies to the pretzels to the tarts, has been a win. The sandwiches taste so fresh and the bread has a nice crunch on the outside with a softness on the inside. Finally, the price. We got 2 croissants and 2 sandwiches for under $30 - that's practically a steal in Brooklyn. This is one of our favorite places for a lunch and snack!
Passed this place a few months ago while in the neighborhood and went in today to try the #1 croissant.I looked around the shop and the frozen sausage products looked interesting (lamb sausage) but like they'd been frozen for way too long.I asked the deli staff "if everything in the store was "French""? He answered: what, don't you see all these flags?Not very welcoming.My question was is EVERYTHIING in the store French. There was chorizo in the frozen sausage case as well...read full review

This has been my “treat yo self” go-to for the 4 years I have been living around the corner. Not only do they offer amazing croissants, baguettes, breakfast options, desserts and coffee but their service was always amazing.I can get busy in the late mornings but I have always enjoyed checking out the offerings around the store and listening to their music.Shout out to Daniel for always being a welcoming smile and for the pleasant chatter.
