Bedawi Cafe Reviews
Small restaurant/menu but the food was very good, service attentive and friendly. The babaganoush and fresh pita were delicious and the grilled murguez sausage/chicken/vegetable platter was exceptional.
Fresh food and nice people love it
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bedawi Cafe. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this is a special, family-owned business that truly values its guests. I had the pleasure of being hosted by Yousef, whose hospitality was truly remarkable. Bedawi Cafe, a neighborhood gem near Prospect Park, offers delicious food with quick, friendly service. Known for their chicken ouzi and babaganoush, the spot also provides great vegan/vegetarian options like the bedawi salad and falafel wrap. The meats are cooked tastily, and the mint tea tastes great, with many flavors to try and share for a family meal. Excellent pita breads are made in-house, and dishes like the Lahmbajin Pizza and Mixed Medley platter are super fresh, beautifully prepared, and presented. The backyard seating is popular, and the staff is very accommodating for larger parties. Though the falafel can be a bit dry, the creamy hummus, fresh salads, and flavorful baba ghanouj keep customers coming back. With a calming energy, cute backyard patio, and welcoming staff, it's a must-visit spot that feels like eating at a treasured relative’s home.
