Me and my family go there every week on Friday’s to get their banana boat special. They are always kind and respectful.
Some of these entitled customers come into Carvel expecting white-glove service. Venchi or Amorino is the place for that. This isn’t the place for you if you want to be greeted like a celebrity. You’ll find quick, reasonably priced ice cream cakes and cupcakes here. However, if you want a perfectly crafted artisan cake packaged with a beautiful smile, be prepared to spend $100. We were assisted today by Andrew with all smiles, he is the best and the friendliest. The lady before was not smiling at all. We almost gave up buying here because of her, but today it changed, Carvel is our favorite and Andrew too!
