I been using this company for about 3 years now and i recently got a cake from them on last Saturday where the cake fell back in a corner due to it not having a support sticks to keep it together. I tried contacting through text to explain to them about the cake and nobody even tried to contact me. I simply asked them is there any accommodation with me about a refund they can be able to do. I had to call them days later and ask them can they be able to make any accommodation...read full review
