This place used to be better. Now its over crowded, understaffed. Seating area , ordering spot and self serve station are not clean at all. The staff very over worked. Definitely need a person to specifically make the coffee and a person to continuously clean since its very crowded.
The staff here are top notch and so friendly and professional. They have great attitudes and make mornings pleasant. Also, my visitors to the neighborhood love to hit up this place. The pastries are excellent.

The place itself is excellent; pastries and cakes are all five stars. It is the people visiting this place who are deficient. For example, a Latino couple’s toddler cried, and the mom yelled at her: shut up! And picked her up and stormed out the door. The dad followed, but he randomly put the tray full of pastries on the counter! The staff thought of putting all those disgusting pastries back on the shelves, so I had to stop her.I don’t think you should have an open space...read full review
