I faced numerous issues when ordering sandwiches online from a store, primarily due to a person named Sohail. Despite claiming to be the owner, his behavior was questionable, as he seemed unfit even for a doorman role. He was initially angry and rude, lacking customer service skills, even going so far as to call me an idiot. In the end, my table was left unclean.
The food is the food. It's Subway ! Eat fresh right. The issue with this shop is its service! I ordered thru the app so I can come pick it up. When I arrived I saw a line a decided to sit down. The guy working told what what am I doing l? Not a how can I help you are you here for a pick up. He thought he could yell at me lol I asked him is my order ready and told me he didn't receive a order. Guy was busy didn't acknowledge anyone. Went in to try the foot long pretzel...left with something so hard its inedible...I assume my pretzel was just really old or stale or heated and reheated or all of the above...will try one more place before I give up.
