Guy was busy didn't acknowledge anyone. Went in to try the foot long pretzel...left with something so hard its inedible...I assume my pretzel was just really old or stale or heated and reheated or all of the above...will try one more place before I give up.

I faced numerous issues when ordering sandwiches online from a store, primarily due to a person named Sohail. Despite claiming to be the owner, his behavior was questionable, as he seemed unfit even for a doorman role. He was initially angry and rude, lacking customer service skills, even going so far as to call me an idiot. In the end, my table was left unclean.

The food is the food. It's Subway ! Eat fresh right. The issue with this shop is its service! I ordered thru the app so I can come pick it up. When I arrived I saw a line a decided to sit down. The guy working told what what am I doing l? Not a how can I help you are you here for a pick up. He thought he could yell at me lol I asked him is my order ready and told me he didn't receive a order. When I confronted him and tried to show him the app mobile order # he want to act like he don't want to look at my phone and then says I'm a liar. I told him the order number told him give me my food stop playing. The ambiance was terrible it it's small old the guy told me he was the owner which is just terrible. Ain't no good customer service. I'd go to another subway. This ain't it.

i actually like this subway shop cause they have my favorite applepies and the gal behind the counter is not afraid to pile the grade c cold cuts inside the bread . been here a few times and i have not complaints, place is clean , place is run well and they always have deals going on . a footlong grilled chicken on multi gran bread with the works, large fountain soda , bag of multi grain chips and one apple pie all for under 20 bucks , i really cant ask for much more as i am satisfied. 4 stars on my yelp meter. Sunnyside ny is a cool place to visit.

It was a really bad experience for me. The server there is rude. They give way too less quantity. The customer service is bad as it gets. Shouldn't have reviewd their subway positively on the subway website. As the clearly don't know thier own rules and refused me my reward which has been given by their own subway.

I went to get some sandwiches for friends. I wanted to take menu picture and send to them what they want to eat. But the guy with angry face and said no picture. I ordered 3 teriyaki chicken sandwich, it's $12.49. And he charged steak sandwich, it costs $13.49.

The guy who helped me when I came here for food after first moving in here was very nice to me. However I noticed inconsistency in pricing when I got the same food items 2 separate times. I've gotten things set up now so I haven't been back but it's nice that there's one within a short walking distance and I have no objection to the food quality.

Good food but some of them are rude. I asked for lite mayo they put allot of mayo for my liking. They didn't want to take my subways coupon. Everytime I pass by it's empty I wonder why?
25 years and I never eat anything other than the "Meatball Marinara" sandwich, at Subway's!

I visited here 2 times and both times they did not accept coupons. I will never eat at this store. Its too bad your losing local customers. If they had accepted my coupon, I would come there on a regular basis and eat at regular prices but now I won't since they dont honor any coupons.

Horrible man. Jipped my family twice by refusing to take an online order and not refunding us after we had already ordered, and then double charged us another time. Extremely disrespectful and doesn’t know what he is serving. The cold cut combo is entirely Turkey based but kept insisting we do not order it because it is all pork. It really isn’t his business to assume who we are or push his choices on us anyway. Will never go here again and highly advise everyone to avoid this establishment at all costs.
