The place itself is excellent; pastries and cakes are all five stars. It is the people visiting this place who are deficient. For example, a Latino couple’s toddler cried, and the mom yelled at her: shut up! And picked her up and stormed out the door. The dad followed, but he randomly put the tray full of pastries on the counter! The staff thought of putting all those disgusting pastries back on the shelves, so I had to stop her.I don’t think you should have an open space for those pastries; otherwise, disgusting people are just going to spread their spit or use dirty hands to touch those breads. People from different worlds have different sanitary standards.
This place used to be better. Now its over crowded, understaffed. Seating area , ordering spot and self serve station are not clean at all. The staff very over worked. Definitely need a person to specifically make the coffee and a person to continuously clean since its very crowded.

Long lines, The service is very slow, the cashiers are the one who makes the coffees so you have to wait 10 minutes or more in line to pay. Also when you order cakes through their app is a nightmare because the DoorDash always delivers to the wrong

This Paris Baguette is a joke! PB offer a BoGo croissant today which is a not accurate because it only applies to plain croissants and not any other ones.Their email is very misleading and it doesn’t stat that it’s limited. You only find out at the counter and apparently they don’t care because they just want you to come in and buy. This PB location customer service is less than desirable because they seem unhappy and miserable. No one smiles or makes eye contact with you. The young guy who rung me up makes you feel you’re bothering him because he always rushes you away as if he has something better to do. They can’t make barista drinks other than a latte. So no matter which one you order, it end up like a latte especially a cappuccino. They’re only good for simple drinks and the food. The atmosphere isn’t that great, that’s why I never dine-in because it’s not inviting.
Went there to order a cake and I said I wanted to write something on it. The cashier told me that there’s a wait of 15-20mins to write on the cake and I said I was willing to wait. No worries!!! But then after I ordered no one gave me a paper or anything to write on it, so I had to ask them I want to write something on the cake and then they handed me a piece of receipt to write on it. Then I wrote what I wanted to write and tried to give to one of the staff but they ignored and I had to call one of the staff who was working on the coffee station and she ignored us and then the staff who was handing the cake to the person before us came from the back and when I gave them the paper she said what?? Then I told her I just got the cake can you please write the message on it. Again they got mad and were talking to their coworkers saying who’s gonna do this and giving us an attitude. Such a bad experience, all the staff working in this location is so rude, do better PB. Worst customer service!!!!

Nice place but it’s understaffed and the staff that is there lacks good time management. They will take care of three drinks from those who ordered after you, before they start to work on the drink you ordered. Unfortunately, this has happened several times, regardless of the drink I order.
The staff here are top notch and so friendly and professional. They have great attitudes and make mornings pleasant. Also, my visitors to the neighborhood love to hit up this place. The pastries are excellent.
