Carlo's Bakery is a restaurant with a variety of fresh and delicious meals, located in the heart of Times Square. The display case is mesmerizing, with everything looking delicious. However, some customers may receive their cake in a prepackaged container, which might not meet everyone's expectations. The pizza has a Detroit-style thicker pan crust and is decent, but not New York style. The cannolis and lobster tail are standout items and are highly recommended. While the staff is generally nice, there have been instances where they could improve on greeting and assisting customers with ordering, as well as maintaining hygiene while cleaning. Overall, it's a worthwhile stop for the unique and tasty offerings.
