“I met a friend at Tartinery Wednesday afternoon, so it was not crowded. I ordered a cup of latte and warm apple tart. The tart was indeed warm and a scoop of vanilla ice cream complimented it. We stayed there for more than an hour, enjoying our conversation. The workers were present when we needed something, and it gave relaxed atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised that they gave some discount as my friend is a nearby university student. I would return to Tartinery to try breakfast or lunch next time.“
“Honestly the food is AMAZING! AMAZING !!!!! BUT ...... The environment is not the best. It's tight, too serious, the food isn't the fastest and it is pricey. but I will say the food is worth it. I would just love the ambiance to change. Then it would be perfect. Absolutely perfect!“
“Amazing Fresh Onigari (rice balls) & delicious teas! (Cold, Hot, Bubble, No-Bubble) Support a local Mom & Pop shop & get fresh tasty food & drinks — win win win!!! (The line outside moves, one customer/group inside at a time due to COVID, & everything is made fresh to order — your patience will be rewarded!)“
“While walking back from my class trip at the Whitney Museum, I stumbled upon this wonderful shop and just had to have a look. I kept peaking over the menu by the window and was surprised with how many options they had, they had avocado toast, Açaí bowls, smoothies, juices etc… Since I was running late to my next class I just decided to settle for a smoothie. When I walked inside, the shop had such a beautiful atmosphere, with a few juices/ pastries on display. I even noticed some fresh fruit hanging in the back. I had a bit of trouble with my credit card on the card reader ( probably kept pulling it out to fast ) and the wonderful lady behind the cashier ( who’s name I wish I asked for ) was so sweet and understanding that she just didn’t mind helping me out with that. When she finished making the smoothie my goodness I was blown away by the flavor. I picked a smoothie that had mango, mint, spinach, pineapple and honey called Mango Tango. Such a good combination of ingredients!! I usually don’t finish smoothies all the way but with this one, I drank it to the bottom of the cup haha I highly recommend stopping by this place, it’s like a hidden gem!! ❤️❤️“
“This is a tiny little totally unassuming deli located off the beaten path on W 107th & Manhattan Ave that for some reason makes unanticipatedly excellent croissants.I grew up in Paris where you can find an excellent croissant for 0.90€ on every street corner. So when they try to sell me croissant for $5/ $6/ $7 here in New York, well, I tell them that’s an absurd price and I turn around and I walk out.Hakan sells these excellently executed croissants for $2.50/ each. Everything was as it properly should be: not dry or bread-like as is often the case here in the US; nice and properly buttery as it’s supposed to be; flaky on outside and doughy on inside as it’s supposed to be. An excellent croissant. Excited to try the other pastries! Hakan and his employee were great - super friendly and affable and offered me great service ?“
“My two nieces and I popped in this morning on our way to the Natural History Museum. I’ll admit I was hesitant but thankfully I listened to my nieces! I had the avocado and eggs in a crepe, which was the best gluten-free sandwich I have ever had. Did not miss the bread at all. My 14 year old chose the Nutella crepe with banana and the 9 ounce Açaí bowl. Oldest selected one of the big bowls … it was a work of art. Highly recommend and we will be back on our next trip. All the best on your growth plans!“
“Recent dinner at Tacombi definitely hit the spot. The tacos are packed with well seasoned meat, the crispy fish was nicely dressed with slaw and sauce, the salsa are delicious and pack a nice little punch. The tostada was crispy with a flavorful avocado topping and the quesadilla just barely visible under the mountain of Al pastor. My michelada was nice but I'd give the agave wine margs a pass if you're a marg purist. Juan Carlos took great care of us. On hand just when we needed with what we needed, friendly, and left us plenty of time to chow and digest before sending us on our merry way. We really enjoyed the little cabana - it's nice when the COVID inspired street cabana matches the good vibes indoors so even the dog can enjoy the night out.“
“I went to the Crumbly Cafe & Bakery on Second Avenue this week for the first time. I ordered the feta and spinach bistro and it was one of the best baked goods I've had in a very long time. I was so impressed that I just placed an on-line order for 8 different items to try and can't wait to pick them up tomorrow. In addition, the wonderfully talented baker, Ms. Miriam and her lovely daughter, Mia, could not have been nicer and more welcoming. It will definitely be a favorite and am so glad of the new discovery!“
“I tried this place after hearing about it on Instagram. Me and my husband went after the Washington Heights 5K that he participated in. We came a little early because I thought they opened at 10 but then I realized today is Sunday and they open an hour later so we went into Marshalls to kill time. Me and my husband both got juice. It was the best juice I’ve ever tasted. Usually when I have fresh juice at another place, most times they are not served cold and refreshing, and this place I had it cold and refreshing how I love it. I am planning to come back again so I can try one of the sandwiches also. I hope maybe in the future they open up a location in Queens.“
“Me and friends picked up 2 cakes and the service was only around a 5 minute wait! It's small in size compared to other locations but the interior was very cute! I really enjoy Mango Mango and I would definitely recommend any of the crepe cakes, crepes, and hot tea (dining in). The waitress was sweet and our purchase came with a lovely reusable bag! :) “
“the entire staff is so friendly and amazing. Full of smiles and just an overall great experience. I was fortunate enough to meet Cindy (the owner) who is an intelligent, funny, and amazing person. Stop by chinatown and try the delicious eel with purple rice with some farm fresh mango bubble tea“

“Awesome little coffee shop. They have a huge menu with a variety of options. They also have a large selection of juices and wellness shots. I only got some coffee and juice but would definitely come back to try some of their breakfast items!“
“Nice atmosphere, really tasty and cheap meals. We had lunch, 2 people for $26 which is great for the area. Very generous plates and burritos, with drink included and little carrot cake for desert. Only if you really eat a lot will be able to finish the plate! Recommend!!“
“Delicious! Stumbled upon this place when I was searching for a quick bite. I ordered delivery and the food came very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised how big and hefty the bowls were! We got the bulgogi rice bowl and a make your own bowl with fried chicken. Both had generous heaping portions of meat. I would say my appetite is fairly large and I couldn't even finish half of my bowl! The bulgogi was tender and juicy, and the vegetables that came with my bowl were delicious. The make your own bowl was also phenomenal! The cucumber kimchi and pickled turnips were some of my favorites. Definitely adding this place to my regular rotation of meals and I can't wait to have it again!“
“I decided to check this place out before work. I got the strawberry banana in a large. It was smooth and delicious. The cashier was sweet and friendly also. I will definitely be back. It is pretty cool you get points for joining on Cash app“
“Coffee is good, ambiance is nice... and good music, got me shazaming stuff. Plenty of seating--they are not one of these new coffee shops with no seating. At closing time they offer free pastries to people willing to leave a nice review (totally unrelated, obviously)“
“This is THE smoothie place to go - hands down!I’ve been to at least 10 smoothie places in NYC (primarily Manhattan) and never been more satisfied with the drink or service than here. Honestly no other smoothie places can compare. I can order my drink within the moment I step inside (the workers are highly attentive to customers) and wait less than 5 minutes until my smoothie’s been made.Very smooth, no chunks, absolutely addictively delicious. My top choice is always the Lychee Valentine, followed by Avomazing or Smooth Avocado, but you really cannot go wrong with any of their choices.“
“Coming to this juice press actually makes my day every day. Gregory (who I believe is the manager) is the kindest man and provides such great service. I love juice press for its great selection of healthy food, but even more so for the hospitality coming from Gregory and the staff at this location. They are always smiling, helpful, and pleasant. I never want to get lunch anywhere else! I have sampled some off the menu flavors (chocolate mousse, peanut butter and jelly that are SO GOOD I hope they become actual menu items). It just really makes a difference grabbing lunch a few times a week and knowing you will come in to a warm welcome and positive atmosphere rather than other places where you are barely even greeted and trying to get you in and out as quick as possible. Love the staff, love the service, love the food!Dietary restrictions: Only place I have ever found that has organic, no added sugar, gluten free, and dairy free options. Very very good selection for strict, clean diets.“
“Perfect start to the day! We stayed here 4 or 5 times during our week in NY for breakfast. We tested porridge, acai bowls and smoothies. The "Hell's Kitchen Sink" tastes awesome (with peanut butter and cocoa nips.) The smoothies Boo Berry, Gymbuddy and Energy Boost are each made with almond or coconut milk and protein powder .We loved everything! The service is very friendly and There are only a few seats, so we were there early (about 8 / 9h) and had no problems getting a small table. Now we are back home and miss the delicious bowls!“
“Place discovered by chance (the Routard indicated the restaurant next door which we do not recommend for the welcome).Unbeatable value for money, very very generous and very very good. The welcome is excellent, even for a French person who speaks the language very poorly. Very fast service. Only very deserved “very” ones.“
“Delicious tea - not too sweet even at the regular sugar amount. There’s options to adjust sugar and ice levels. Lots of flavors offered and a generous amount of bubbles. The store has a variety of East Asian snacks as well, ranging from candy and noodles to sauce. The staff member was very friendly also. Highly recommend supporting this local shop instead of the various chains around“
“One of the friendliest, homeliest, and delicious places I have ever been to. The food is absolutely delightful, we got the sabich and shakshuka sandwiches, both were outstanding. The atmosphere is extremely cozy and homely and the people that run the place just seem absolutely lovely.“
“I loved the vibe of the place and the staff were super friendly! Went there with a friend for lunch and although I’ve been to many playa bowl locations, I really liked the decoration and seating in this one. The staff made our bowls quickly and the person working the register was very patient with us as we decided what bowl we were going to get. Always recommend going here for a sweet treat with fresh fruits!“
“We had a great dinner here on 23rd March. The food was quite good, but the server, Samir, made us feel especially welcome. He was friendly, and very efficient in terms of handling our order. Nice guy, nice place, nice meal!Vegetarian options: Some good veggie options!“
“Found this little gem while staying in the West Village, was made to feel very welcome by staff, and owners. the menu has a great choice to choose from.. the omelette was especially outstanding. will definitely be going back on my next visit to New York.“
“Simple and straightforward. Tried several items on their menu, and it was all good. Ate breakfast here most days during our stay in NYC, better and cheaper than at the hotel. The only complaint I have, was the espresso, which was not very good. The brewed coffee was better, but I would buy coffee somewhere else.Kid-friendliness: Pancakes with Nutella was a big hit.“
“The staff here is extremely helpful and kind. I had an Oakberry coupon that wasn’t applicable to this location but they still chose to honor it for me as a courtesy in order to save me the walk to another location. Much appreciated and the smoothie was delicious too!“
“Needed something fast and this place was close to my hotel. Absolutely delicious. I got a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and it was cooked to perfection. Great flavor, hot and the bagel was delicious. Enjoyed it so much I canceled my dinner plans and went back for a Reuben and onion rings. Highly recommend. I will crave this place and can’t wait to be back in the city to eat here again.“
“You can't get better Mexican food in California or Arizona. The food is phenomenal! Eliseo was our serve. He was amazing. Very friendly, efficient, and busy. He had a great personality for this industry. The ambiance was lively, loud, and so much fun. Thank you, Eliseo, for a wonderful time.“
“prices are very reasonable. they bring out different snack type foods such as kimchi, steamed egg, radish, tripe before you even order. very friendly and attentive. oh and if you're into K-pop they always have a playlist going which we enjoy :)“
“I absolutely love this place. I come here once or twice a day. The smoothies are excellent. My favorites are peach’s delight and peanut butter punch. Most times I add some combination of mango, coconut and/or spinach to the peanut butter one. I haven’t tried the juices or açaí bowls yet but I’ve heard many great reviews from people I trust. The customer service in this tiny gem of a store is also A1. They care about their customers, I can tell. I hope you guys stay open for a very long time.“
“The food was very pleasing and had a really nice base. The base was tangy, sweet, sour and savory. The toppings were filling up the top and very nicely placed. Also they're mini size was perfect and small but filling. The service was very well and the workers did not take that long. I would say we waiting less than a minute for the acai bowl to be ready! Also, I had really enjoyed the music playlist, and had a nice interaction about music with the worker. The atmosphere was very nice, they're were nice, bright colors, a comfy couch and clear menus. In addition, they were very considerate and added a charging station, even though i did not use it, it seemed very nice. Love this place and I ordered the Purple Rain. My first time and this place made a really nice impression on me.“
“Very healthy and fresh selections. I tried their orange juice, iced coffee, and egg and cheese on a bagel. Very satisfying. Also had a blueberry muffin with coffee another time, which was quite good. Looking forward to trying a smoothie. Great vegan, vegetarian, and keto options. Friendly, good service.“
“I love this place! I stop in almost every morning for some gluten-free baked goods, and my son likes to get green juice on our way home from school. This place has loads of healthy, fresh options that fit my dietary requirements and restrictions. I have an autoimmune disorder that is extremely sensitive to what I eat, so that usually means restaurants aren’t an option for me. This is a wonderful exception to that, and it’s right around the corner. Favorites at our house: all the rice bowls, the salmon burger, & the vegan beets wrap. Juices: Prodigy Blend and Go Green. And of course, the zucchini bread (they know who I am!)“
“Green Symphony is a little gem of a place to eat. Close to Time Sq and Broadway, it’s one of the few small independents that serve great food at reasonable prices. The owners and staff are cheerful and the atmosphere is warmly welcoming. If you’re in NYC, go see for yourself!!!“
“I recently visited Friedman's Herald Square and I must say, I was impressed. Their pancakes were exceptional—fluffy, flavorful, and incredibly delicious. The coffee was also excellent, rich and full of flavor. With a menu that extends beyond breakfast, Friedman's is a fantastic choice for a satisfying meal at any time of day.“
“Goodsugar is a very unique juice and smoothie store that prides itself on being organic, kosher and pure! Their soups, which are indeed delicious are made dairy free without any preservatives. My favorite is their Egyptian Red Lentil Soup. They make plant based foods that are unique and delicious . I have also enjoyed their very wholesome bakery products!“
“If I could put more stars, I would. This place is a little gem, from the positive energy I felt walking in the first time to the kindness of the entire staff every time I go, to the delicious food, to the feeling of familiarity, wow, makes my day better ever time I stop by!!The products are delicious and always fresh, unlike anything I've tried in your regular coffee shop, you can tell they are freshly made with quality ingredients and care. You are always greeted with a smile, the atmosphere is discreet, but it's sufficient to look at a picture on the wall or the menu to immediately be transported. The customers that come in are often regulars, and you can tell their visit to Gree Juice cafe' is one they look forward to.And weather you have the time to sit, are grabbing an order or just a cup of coffee on your walk, Leo is a real standup guy, the type that goes out of his way to ask you how you are, acknowledges you personally and dedicate you a genuine smile. One of my absolute favorite spots, and one I will happily travel to!“
“They are very polite, friendly, they speak English and Spanish. The quality of the food is very very good. They have a variety of things for breakfast, you can make your own sandwich. Also, the price is average for New York prices (nowhere is cheap hehe)I recommend!!“
“We ordered a nutella banana strawb crepe and protein smoothie in person as prices are slightly cheaper that way. The service was so quick, friendly and you get a pretty big portion of crepe stuffed with fruit. The shake was also amazing. Thank you to the kind worker!“
“A good hot dog! Having set out with very high expectations given the myriad of reviews, I expected more exciting flavors which unfortunately I didn't find. That said, it's still a good hot dog but on par with many others in NY.There are no seats, fast food in the true sense of the wordP.s. Try the one with kilos“
“These are the best smoothies I've ever had. I always stop here when I'm in New York. They have such creative combinations of flavors, and they also offer a small size that you don't spoil your dinner. Smoothies in Heaven is my favorite.“
“Walked in on a cold day looking for delicious warm drink and was greeted by Flow who welcomed us very well! Gave us an overview of what's offered and Tended to Us wonderfully. The drinks, Matcha for Life, London Fog, and Golden Milk Latte were super on point! Definitely will be back again! Bless!“
“Hawa Smoothies is a tiny shop that specializes in acai bowls and smoothies. They have a variety of flavors and variations in fruits and additions like bee pollen, see moss, and hemp protein. I ended up getting a large Acai Punch smoothie ($10) with protein ($1). This was an acai-based smoothie with peanut butter. I should've gotten a small because this drink was HUGE. It was well worth the price. The flavor was also delicious, though I did start to get tired of it halfway through. I tried my friend's fruit smoothie (one of the ones with strawberry and mango) and she thought it was sour, but I thought it was really tasty and refreshing and not sour at all.“
“Juicy Cube is the one of the best juice spots in NY. The juice, smoothies and açaí bowls are consistently excellent, and the warm and friendly staff keep me coming back. The orders are prepared quickly. It’s worth to stop by and grab a drink, and you won’t be disappointed! Love this place! Highly recommend!“
“My daughter and I ate our way through Chinatown and this cute spot was such a lovely treat! Felt like a speakeasy so that was cute. Watching our juice being pressed was so much fun and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you. We will return on our next day trip to Chinatown!“
“The smoothies and acai bowls are great. You can be creative with the combinations to create your own healthy meal or drink, or order straight from the posted menu. Ask for Rashid; he's excellent at making each smoothie and bowl and knows the usual customer's orders by heart. Great spot.“
“I stopped into Fresh & Co., while I was in a hurry to attend the New York International Auto Show.I ordered a blueberry muffin to go. The delightful young lady behind the counter insisted that I eat it there, and that I needed to have it toasted.I asked how long that would take. The young lady just told me that it would be worth it. And it was.It was very refreshing in a world ? that lacks consistent customer service, to receive that type of experience. Not just a transaction.“
“My favorite takeout Indian in the area! I usually go Chicken 65 for an appetizer which has (in my opinion) the perfect spicy level between flavor and spicy. For meals, you can’t go wrong with the Chicken Tikka Masala (or Vindaloo) + Garlic “
