Love Billy's cupcakes and cakes. Definitely on the high end in terms of price (their whole cake is $80) but I've enjoyed all their flavors to date. Does cute lettering too with a color of your choice.FYI does not provide utensils (you can purchase a set) nor matches. Has cute candles and cards you can buy. Limited seating.
Sad to say but it looks like Billy’s has ended its run as the best in the city. This week I bought banana cake, banana muffins and banana pudding (get the theme?). Cake slices are half the size and so dry tossed one in the pail. The muffins were old. Hard frosting, hard cake and soooo dry. Pudding - still good. Sorry Billy’s. You’ve changed and not for the better.

Banana cake, carrot cake, and banana pudding are spectacular here. All the chocolate, vanilla and the red velvet are only ok. Tried some of the seasonal like king cake and I'm not a fan either.
