Love their cakes. Bithday cake is my favorite and my wife loves the banana pudding. But deliciousness aside. I had an issue with a prior visit and reached out to Magnolia about it. They were swift with their response stood behind their product and made it right. Would recommend to anyone
I had the banana pudding biscoff cookie and a vanilla cupcake. The biscoff cookie was very flavorful but I did not enjoy the cupcake as it was not very flavorful. The workers were so kind and helped me make a good decision on what to get.
Food was good. Staff friendly. But, it's NYC and it's Grand Central. The customers seems to really have worked up a sweat, and brought it with them. A word - Deodorant. Don't leave home without it patrons! Some of yuse body odor made me want to head for the door. Onfault of the establishment though. I just saying. Be prepared that you share your bakery urges in a space with some people prefer au natural.
