Grand Central Market is one of the most useful parts of the terminal, but it is easy to miss if you remain around the Main Concourse. The simplest route is to enter from Lexington Avenue at 43rd Street, then walk through the market toward the entrance near Track 19. It is a long gourmet shopping corridor rather than a traditional food hall, with local merchants selling fresh produce, pastries, cheese, meats, seafood, sushi, chocolates, teas and spices.

Come here only because youre going to the Grand Central Terminal. Else this market is relatively small and there isnt really much to shop or see here.

A friendly market, a little more expensive due to its location and reputation.
