My main experience was with the bartender Edgar who was aware, courteous and effective. I stopped by to grab a drink and wait for my train, and was wonderfully surprised by the service and price point. Will be back again :)
Oh my days is the pizza here AMAZING!!10/10 all around. I had the margarita slice, it was THE BEST pizza i had in my time in NYC, the sauce was so flavourful, tomatoy and herby, sweet but salty, it complimented the cheese so well, and the base was nice a crispy but still a little soft, perfectly cooked.The service was quick, no time for chatting as it was so busy but the service was still great! We arrived by chance at Prova Pizzabar. It is just below Grand Central. It goes a little unnoticed but it has been a great find. Excellent service. But especially the pizzas!!! They are delicious. I especially recommend the 4 cheese one.
