I used to love my GCT moments grabbing a piece of pizza from Provas. Well, like all good things in nyc the quality has gone down. The pizza now is dry and the toppings are lessened. I don’t care that you’ve raised your prices if the food is worth it. But that’s not the case here. Need a new GCT food to take in the train.
Wow! First of all the warm welcome was super embarassing in the best possible way! ☺ I tried PROVA SPECIAL and i loved everything about it! The textures, the flavor… everything was amazing!!! 🤗🍕
This might not be the best pizza you’ll ever have, and the service is kind of meh - but they’ve got seating! And that alone is enough to recommend them over other Grand Central offerings when you’ve been traveling and need a break. The food is a bit greasy, so don’t overdo it or you may regret it later…but have a small snack and a large drink and enjoy being off your feet and/or the train!
