Quick and friendly! I walked in with zero idea what I wanted and the man that helped me was so friendly and didn't rush me at all! Everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and the LARGEST large iced coffee! The bagel was soft and delish but the start was that cream cheese The iced coffee was super good without any bitterness.
Rude cashier. Asked if I could exchange a bill, she said only if I buy something. Depending on what I bought) Rolled eyes when I said I didn't understand what she was saying to me when I'm a new customer and didn't know what their bagel is named. She didn't even speak clear English. Charged me 18 dollars for one bagel. 18 dollars to exchange a bill into smaller bills. Bagel tasted good, though.

I am a big fan of Zaro's for whenever I am traveling to Grand Central/Penn Station. I always look forward to stopping by. Their products are so fresh and amazing. Scott Zaro is also the best!!! I had a concern, and he was so quick to respond and address the issue. They went above and beyond. It was evident that the family really cares about what they do and their customers.
