Placed an order via website 9 days before I needed a cake for a BD. Received order number. Showed up at Times Square location at time of scheduled pickup, bakery had no record of order. Checked online and saw the order had been canceled. I received no communication from the bakery regarding a cancellation. This is the morning of the BD.
