Delicious bahn mi! Just like Vietnam. Perfectly grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, a smear of pate and warm crispy baguette.
Good banh mi but it takes forever and half the workers are just talking to each other rather than prepping food and helping. Quizzical.
I will start off by saying the coffee was delicious and the bahn mi’s I got were pretty good. I did expect more of the lemongrass flavor with the grilled pork bahn mi and more pate on the classic bahn mi and the ground pork was an uncommon choice (for a reason). Given the price point, I can only give this a 3 star.
