“My favorite place to enjoy the chocolate crunch .. it’s absolutely addictive. Their coffee is pure heaven, and I find myself craving it all the time. We also tried their macarons, which were really good, and the smoked salmon baguette was fresh and delicious. A lovely spot in LIC and definitely worth visiting.“

“I work in the Falchi Building at 31-00 47th Avenue in Long Island City, and I visit Petite Maman two or three times a week. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to stop for a coffee, pastry, or something delicious to bring back to the office.
The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, but what really sets Petite Maman apart is the outstanding customer service. In particular, William, who works behind the counter, is exceptional. He is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. William has a great way of making customers feel comfortable, and he is always happy to make suggestions when I'm trying to decide what to order.
The best part is that his recommendations are consistently spot-on. I've tried several things based on his suggestions, and I've never been disappointed. His enthusiasm for the food and his willingness to take the time to help customers really make a difference.
I can't say enough good things about William or Petite Maman. The food is excellent, the service is wonderful, and the people who work there clearly care about their customers and the experience they provide. If you work in the Falchi Building or are in the Long Island City area, I highly recommend stopping by Petite Maman. And if William is behind the counter, be sure to ask him what he recommends—you won't be disappointed!“

“I loved this cafe! They have good baristas taking care about how to make a good coffee or tea, but also I am a Gluten Free person and Nicolas solved all my questions and made me a great suggestion, I had the Raclet Ham Sanwich with fig jam and it was perfect + the GF Chocolate/coconut vanilla cake and my cortado! This place made me happy and is one of my fav in the area!“

“Got the lavender matcha on a rainy day, and it was so perfect. The earthy matcha flavor and the sweetness of the lavender blended perfectly to make a creamy drink. I mean, come on look at that green colour!
The cafe is a bit small, super lively and would definitely come back again to try other drinks on the menu. Staff is so kind and receptive too!!“

“I went in right before closing, really needing a snack and a coffee. The woman who was closing up and at the counter was so nice and let me grab a quick treat.
She guided me towards the marble pound cake and it was soo good. Light and airy, but moist and perfectly sweet.
Now that I live a few blocks from here I intend on coming often and bring friends too.“

Chicken empanadas are best. The beef and egg are a little on the salty side for me.
Humble place, very popular with the Latino community in the area. I hope they continue to do well.“

“I was craving for Lamingtons for weeks! Tried to find a bakery that sells them. Found Sans Bakery & ordered online, it came in a nice box, beautifully packed & best of all, their lamingtons are superb! Perfect for tea time!“

“What a sandwich! Probably *the* most flavorfully complex sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Got the Cuban torta with “everything on it”. The owner did not disappoint.
Every bite is a dive into a wonderfully savory chew of complex flavors. I’m amazed.
The only thing that is missing is some lays potato chips to lay on this bad boy.
