My husband and I have been getting birthday cakes from Buttermilk Bakeshop every year for nearly a decade and every year they get better and better. We work with Katy who is always creative, personable, easy to work with, promptly responsive and thoughtful. Buttermilk Bakeshop is a charming little bake shop that provides amazing custom cakes and party services. The team is extremely responsive and gracious, even with short notice, saving the day with less than 24 hours to make a cake. They helped decide which cake was best for an event and worked with customers on the overall design. The ordering process is seamless and easy, with good options that are not overwhelming. The cakes are beautiful and taste amazing. Specific cakes include a gorgeously decorated carrot cake, a funfetti flavor with vanilla buttercream, a 5 layer rainbow cake with an edible image, and a gender reveal cake. For kids, the staff hosts birthday parties where they teach kids how to make cupcakes and frost them. Whether for a birthday, gender reveal, or any celebration, Buttermilk Bakeshop is a go-to spot.
