The hype is real, best croissants in Brooklyn, possibly NYC.
Their focaccia bread is by far my favorite. And this is coming from someone who is a croissant fanatic over focaccia bread, in general. Been to a lot of bakeries and yet the flavor, crust, texture of their bread is unparalleled. Their kouign amann is VERY good but their bread blew me away. Incredibly friendly staff as well. I’ve seen the owner there every time I visit and can tell they care deeply about their pastries and bread. Highly, highly recommend!
