My teenage nieces visiting from California found this gem and luckily it over exceeded expectations! Our server, Luis, was friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. They don’t rush you at all. Locals love this restaurant.
The food is cooked as its ordered and the plates are hot temperature. The guacamole was fresh (chips were ok); we had the tacos and though tortillas are small-they were filling. The platanos are a must as a side dish.

Lively and loud so be ready for that, but we'll worth it, the food was delicious, great mole which can be hard to find.
Had the Carne Asada Tacos and they were really good. The tamarindo Margarita was great too. The server was kind but the wait time for the food was a bit longer than usual. Overall I am happy with the service and food
