“I frequented this cafe years ago when I temporarily lived in Astoria while on mission in New York. I loved this place and the people who worked there were wonderful. I haven't been since but I do hope to return sometime soon! I'm positive that they're the same great establishment they were in 2019!!! I 100% recommend this place and still think about it! I miss it as my breakfast stop!!!“

“I'm not a big fan of DD, but my wife loves their ice coffee. The Steinway street store is a bit on the small side, but efficiently run, So service is quick. Also nice is their senior discount is as good if not better than other DD's.“

“It's a standard Baskin Robbins, with varied flavors. The two scoop bowl with two different flavors is large enough to share. Ask for a raised lid if you want to eat it later, but don't wait too long, because it will start to melt. Or else you can go to the local supermarket and buy a half gallon of Breyer's for about the same price, albeit with less variety.“

“This Dunkin' location (22-78 31st Street) as well as the one on Ditmars Boulevard (31-14 Ditmars Boulevard) are both managed by a lovely and hardworking woman who is a master of customer service. The employees here are hardworking and always very nice. They even politely greet you, which has become a rare event, here in Astoria. This is a business I'm happy to frequent!“

“I don’t know what all these other complaints are about the staff. I love the women of the Dunkin Donuts on Steinway. Always friendly and attentive with me. The only “mistakes” they’ve made on my orders is giving me extra food. Download the app and I can ensure you you’ll never wait more than a minute for your order.“

“Kid-friendliness: The staff was very nice and kind. I came with a large group of 8 children ages 6-15. Not exactly quiet. They were very good with the orders, friendly and able to seat us all!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, a ramp on the side door. This locations has 2 exits/ entrances“
