“Mochi Dolci is one of my favorite places in the UWS. It's a family-owned business that TRULY CARES about the people that walk in for food, drinks, and hanging out. I love many of their #mochidonuts - classics like black sesame and taro but I love their playful ones such as fruity pebbles. Other dishes are good to such as their pork belly bao, mango salad, and dumplings. Of course, their #milktea and #bobatea are delicious. I recently tried their matcha milk tea with strawberry popping boba. Their place is cozy and welcoming. They have a speakeasy too - I have not been, but they were kind to let me explore it (with their permission). I look forward to come back for drinks and food with friends! Steamed buns were ok: tried the pork and veggie; and combo bun - with added quail egg, piece of sausage and shrimp.
Staff is helpful, and amiable.
Have tables/stools so good for a quick bite. No restroom.

I will not claim that I am well versed in Jewish bakeries, but I will claim that this place is splendid, and that I am a gent that knows good food. I love the rugelach and the linzer cookies especially, but I've bought multiple other pastries they've made over the years , too. The black and white cookies are also quite fresh and delicious as well. It almost goes without saying that the challah bread is phenomenal, as I always end up buying a few loaves fairly often . I buy fairly large amounts of their stuff every time I go, which is the only reason I put so high on the spend per person . The place is big with fresh goods lining every wall, so bring some friends and treat yourselves.“
